She chose a small pavilion on the way to the house and sat down. Although it was hot outside, there was still a cool breeze. The pavilion was close to the lake, making it even cooler. She took off her shoes and sat on the bench with her knees hugged. Her long skirt covered her knees and her hair hung down on both sides.
She was waiting for Ji Heng.
Ji Heng took off his helmet and put his hands on the handlebars of the silver motorcycle. The silver motorcycle looked extremely cool in the moonlight, and you could tell it was not cheap just by looking at its appearance.
"Boss, are you in a bad mood today?"
The dwarf looked at Ji Heng cautiously. Ji Heng's black eyes flashed with coldness. He took out a lighter from his pocket and threw it up. The lighter drew a streak of light in the air and fell into his hand again. He held a cigarette in his mouth, and the lighter ignited an orange flame. He lowered his head and brought the cigarette close to the flame.
He took a puff of his cigarette before throwing it on the ground, stomping on it hard, and glancing at the dwarf: "What do you think?"
The dwarf sensed the unhappiness in his words and looked at the people who were vomiting over there.
When racing today, Ji Heng was particularly aggressive and left those people far behind. He was scared when he saw it at that time. The speed of the car was simply too terrifying, and the mountain road was so winding. If he didn't control it well, he might fall down with the car.
Ji Heng opened and closed the lighter. The metal cover on the lighter kept making crisp sounds because of his action. The dwarf's eyes fell on the limited edition lighter in his hand.
After seeing this, he raised his hand and the lighter flew in front of the dwarf, who quickly caught it.
Just as I was about to thank Ji Heng, I saw Ji Heng climb onto the motorcycle, put on his helmet and said, "Let's go."
The humming sound of a motorcycle sounded, and in an instant, Ji Heng became a shadow.
Ji Heng drove all the way to Ji's house. The family left a door open for him, but he refused to enter through the main door. Instead, he chose to climb over the wall. He left his motorcycle outside the door, but he didn't care and was not afraid that it would be stolen.
Walking all the way to the door of the house, going up the bridge and down the bridge, Ji Heng paused when passing by the small pavilion.
It wasn't that he didn't want to pay attention to that place, it was just that it attracted too much attention. In the middle of the night, a group of people were curled up there, and the color of their clothes was totally inconsistent with the night. He immediately changed the direction of his steps and walked straight towards the pavilion.
He quickly figured out who the person was, but she had her head buried, as if she was asleep. There was a pair of slippers on the ground, and her feet were exposed outside her skirt. Her ankles were delicate, and her toes were round and shiny.
He sat on the bench diagonally opposite her, took out a cigarette from his pocket, put it in his mouth, and was about to light it, but then he remembered that he had given the lighter to the dwarf, so he had to keep it in his mouth like that. He put one leg straight on the chair, the other leg on the ground, raised his right hand, leaned his body against the vermilion pavilion pillar behind him, and rested his head on his hand.
No one knew how long this situation lasted, until Jun Li's body swayed and she was about to fall. Ji Heng stood up, took two quick steps and grabbed her arm, using strong force to support Jun Li's unbalanced body. She leaned her body against Ji Heng's arm, looked up, and saw Ji Heng's deep eyes.
"It's so late, what are you doing here, sister-in-law?"
