"Aren’t you annoying? I have said nothing about you two, yet, here you are snapping at me," Wei Qinghe said, furrowing his brows heavily.
At first, he had detested his father for a few years, but he had no feelings at all for this woman his father had remarried. After all, the fault was his father’s, not hers.
How come I’m the one who’s unacceptable when it comes to her?
"So what? Are you taking revenge and trying to ruin me all at once?" Meng Jin said. Within just a single night, she had experienced numerous setbacks: losing followers, overwhelmed by loads of phone calls, abruptly cancelled courses she had just signed, accusations from her husband, and disappointment from her parents.
Too many, these hardships were too much for her brittle self. They were just the same as a bolt from the blue.
Speechless.
Yu Ting thought, rolling her eyes blatantly behind the two men: "How come you didn’t think of being exposed when you insulted me?"
"Others might be pushovers, but I’m definitely not. If you know what is good for you, vanish now, or who knows what might happen next," Yu Ting hinted mysteriously, and then gave her a glance, "By the way, shouldn’t you be confronting your good husband now that trouble has arisen? Why are you bothering me?"
"Isn’t it because you couldn’t control your husband that led to this mess."
"Fool."
Yu Ting snorted, she had long being irritated by her. Why did she use her authority for personal gains and completely negate others’ days of hard work?
"Oh right, you’d better settle Wei Qinghe’s child support for the past twenty-plus years soon, or else, this topic might stay on the trending list for months," Yu Ting casually reminded her, which made Meng Jin’s heart flutter.
"Have you gone mad! How much would buying a few months of trending topics cost? Isn’t that more expensive than the child support?!" Meng Jin practically shouted.
One night had led to such severity? She couldn’t afford a few months’ worth of hot searches!
"I don’t care about the money. I just simply want this child support from you."
Yu Ting replied sickeningly, turning her body.
To Meng Jin, she was no doubt a devil!
Meng Jin, who had just made a trip without any gains and now faced a tremendous compensation, could only collapse to the ground.
One could say that in a big forest, all kinds of birds are found. All three of them were tired of the nonsense and quickly went upstairs.

"What are you doing at the company? If I remember correctly, you’ve finished your variety show and have no other schedule right now, right?"
Moreover, it compounded Meng Jin’s problems, which was delightful to think about.
Soon, Yu Ting had noticed something off, the hand on her back tightened abruptly as she was chatting with Wei Qinghe.
Yu Ting: ...
"Um... um, I feel better after resting for two days and was thinking of coming to see if there is any work I could take on."
"Uh... yeah, let the agent select something for you inside the company later."
Yu Ting barely uttered a word before the hand on her waist tightened again.
