Chapter 512 - 510: End of the First Activity of the Second Phase_1

The two walked side by side, through streets and alleyways, through bustling crowds, and as the night deepened, lights illuminated the surrounding roads.

Yu Ting and Lu Nanchen had reached the stone bridge, its surface uneven from the stone that paved it.

Beneath the arched bridge flowed the ancient city’s moat, the Qi River that cut through half of Beiqiao City.

The river was wide, so wide, perhaps about nineteen meters wide, a few small boats floated on its clear surface, lights was lit on both sides of the river, and there was a place where about ten boats were docked, probably for rent.

Yu Ting looked at those boats, and she had to admit, these boats attracted her more than the bridge did.

Seeing is believing, Yu Ting led Lu Nanchen towards that direction, next to the boatman, they saw a sign clearly marked 60 per hour.

Yu Ting swiftly spent 60, and got on the boat with Lu Nanchen.

The boat was made of wood, and when the two of them got on board, the boat rocked unsteadily a few times.

There were two sets of paddles on the boat for visitors to row themselves, to control their own pace.

Once Yu Ting and Lu Nanchen got on the boat, Yu Ting found a spot to sit, while Lu Nanchen sat at the other end rowing, in order to keep the balance of the bow and stern of the boat.

The breeze, after sweeping across the water, cooled significantly, blowing Yu Ting’s hair back, revealing her delicately beautiful features.

Yu Ting sat in a posture that suggested total relaxation, her elbow resting on the boat and legs crossed together. A smile of comfort on her face.

The man opposite of her sat straight, both hands gripping the paddle, raising it, lowering it, and rowing with all seriousness.

Yu Ting placed her feet near his, the two slightly tangled together, like a tempting fairy, ready to seduce.

Perhaps this scene drew the attention of the pedestrians on both banks, many people took out their cellphones to take pictures.

The twilight added a few touches of unreality to the two.

The two rowed for about ten minutes, enjoying the experience before docking, returning to the noisy crowd and sought for the next interesting thing.

Along the way, they took part in activities like shooting air balloons, ring tossing, and making noodles.

Time quickly arrived at the scheduled ten o’clock, eight people returned to the meeting place from all directions, where the crew had been waiting.

The host saw the guests coming from all sides, many with the spoils of their adventures in their hands, and cheerfully asked, "In the past two hours, you must have tried many activities inside the scenic area, does anyone have an interesting story to share?"

Here we go again, another interaction segment.

Qiao Qing, with a bunch of things in her hand, flicked her wrist and chuckled, "Not really."

The other few also expressed their views.

Saying it’s so late, it might be better to finish up early and get some sleep.

"Alright then, let’s see which team participated in the fewest activities," the host said, and started to announce the statistics that the crew had just compiled.

Team one, Xing Zhize and Qiao Qing: 7 activities.

Team two, Zhan Zheng and Yao Yingying: 9 activities.

Team three, Lu Nanchen and Yu Ting: 6 activities.

Team four, Liu Zhiyuan and Tong Na: just 3 activities.

Undoubtedly, the two in team four were the ones who would have to accept the punishment and perform talents.

It took ten more minutes to finish this segment, and the crowd quickly dispersed.

On her way back, Yu Ting also received a WeChat message from Song Zhan.
