"Xiaobao, do you want to eat out, or do you prefer eating at home?"
"I want to eat at home." Xiaobao answered honestly, swinging his legs back and forth. His ever-present smile was convincing enough.
"Alright, let’s go grocery shopping and have dinner at home tonight." Yu Ting proposed, at once moving closer to Xiaobao.
Leaving a child alone at home is not safe.
"Great!" Xiaobao enthusiastically replied, jumping off the sofa, both verbally and physically expressing his approval.
"Mm-hmm."
After agreeing on the plan, Yu Ting swaps her shoes back to trainers, leads Xiaobao outside while texting Lu Nanchen.
I Want to Get Rich: Xiaobao says he wants to eat at home, so I’ll take him to buy some groceries. Let’s see if there’s anything specific he wants to eat.
Perhaps Lu Nanchen had his phone at hand, he responded almost immediately.

The market was organized into rows and rows of sellers, each dedicated to vegetables, poultry, seafood, and vendors selling spices and grocery items.
"Young lady, buy some fish. The fish is not only good for the brain but also rich in protein. Take it home and nourish your son."
"Buy a chicken, these are all free-range chickens we raise at our home. Take it home and nourish your son. At his age, he is growing, he needs to eat well."
As the chattering went on, the relationship between the two unexpectedly took a different turn. Yu Ting quickly clarified, "He’s not my son, he’s my younger brother."
"Xiaobao, would you like to eat this?"
