57. Ice Star

57. Ice Star

Bingling Star is a "water" star and also an "ice" star. Most of the planet is covered by glaciers and is extremely cold.

At this moment, the entire planet was occupied by strange beasts and plants, and the Imperial Purple Owl Legion and the Rose Legion came to rescue.

Countless starships have been deployed in various regions of the world, first to save as many civilian lives as possible in this disaster, and then to race against time to collect property.

Su Liu's troops landed on the Chel Highlands, which is an endless vast ice field.

Humans built cities here and lived and multiplied for hundreds of years in harmony and peace.

However, the white whales in the deep sea mutated. Their tribes lived on the seabed and absorbed strange factors continuously for hundreds of years, causing this huge natural disaster without humans noticing.

They rolled up from the bottom of the sea, causing overwhelming tsunamis, triggering strong earthquakes, and making the sea water surge with a devastating force, destroying the city.

At this moment, the human city is already in the vast ocean, and countless mutated white whales and other infected strange beasts and plants are wantonly killing humans in the sea.

The division stationed there was completely wiped out a few hours ago, and the civilians also suffered heavy casualties.

Several airships of the troops received the signal and headed to the shelter to rescue the people.

In the airship's main control room, Su Liu, wearing a neat military uniform, looked up at the huge bird-like monster on the screen.

They were a group of monsters with cat faces, larger than the airships, and they crashed into the airships with shrill howls.

All the airships were firing, but those huge monsters were agile beyond their size, and their layers of silver feathers were harder than diamonds.

The bullets that landed on them were just like raindrops that caused no pain.

The commander stared at the screen intently: "A mutant owl?"

"Snowy owl, a type of owl." Su Liu corrected.

The commander looked at the only purifier in the unit and asked, "Can you purify it?"

Su Liu had already silently counted the number of snowy owls. Within his field of vision, there were over a hundred of them.

"I can try."

"Okay," the commander ordered solemnly, "Everyone, cover the Purification Division!"

All airships immediately formed a formation and used artillery and sonic attacks to drive all the mutated snowy owls into the encirclement.

They are like a group of white elves flying in the sky, with a holy and snow-white appearance and incredibly beautiful.

If only they didn't prey on humans.

Millions of artillery shells fired simultaneously broke some of the snowy owls' hard shells, but it still didn't have much effect.

Su Liu took a deep breath, jumped out of the hatch, and waved the emerald fan at an altitude of ten thousand meters.

The soft emerald green light poured down like cool moonlight, enveloping all the snowy owls.

It only took them a few minutes to go from struggling to calming down, and then the strange factor was purified and they returned to their original small and cute appearance.

Su Liu, who was about to fall to the ground, was caught by a flying ability user. He rolled a few times on the ice field and ate a mouthful of snow mud.

Su Liu got up with a bruised face and covered his nearly broken jaw, wailing, "Can you treat me a little more gently?"

The psychic folded his wings, dusted himself off, and said, "This is an emergency, please don't worry about it."

In the sky, major airships cast out skynets to collect all the snowy owls.

Su Liu was also taken back to the airship and took a break.

"Well done. Do you want some energy?" The commander asked someone to bring some energy supplements.

Su Liu looked down at his hands, his eyes gleaming: "No, I am full of energy now."

It was as if there was an endless supply of sweet spring water flowing through her body, making her excited and thrilled, with her adrenaline rushing.

The commander looked at her with a complicated expression, seeming to want to say something but stopping himself.

The airship continued to move forward. Su Liu thought everything was valuable and purified it all. The airship was filled with various birds and beasts.

The nearest shelter is an air-raid shelter located high underground. It is not submerged by the surging sea water at the moment, but dozens of mutated sea fish creatures are swimming nearby.

Su Liu recognized that one of the strange beasts was a bluefin tuna. After the mutation, its body size only became a little bigger, with no other changes.

Seeing that the others were about to execute him, Su Liu quickly stopped them: "Spare the fish! That fish is delicious, I will purify it!"

The psychics in the same unit were very surprised: "You have purified so many monsters, aren't you tired at all?" And they haven't even taken energy pills yet.

Su Liu showed no sign of fatigue, his eyes only showing a strong desire and love for food.

"Bluefin tuna as sashimi is to die for, although I've never tried it."

The psychic was speechless: "You haven't even tried it, and you dare to guarantee that it's delicious?"

Su Liu had indeed never eaten it, but that didn't mean he hadn't seen those expensive tuna sashimi on food shows.

God knows how relieved she feels every time she watches the tuna dissection process, and how much she drools over those tuna delicacies.

Now that we have finally come across tuna, a rare and valuable species at that, how could we possibly let it go?

If the purifier wants to purify, the psychics will not stop him.

Because Su Liu wanted a healthy living body, they couldn't weaken it first.

A flying-type psychic grew wings on his back and took Su Liu to fly over the tuna.

Su Liu waved the emerald fan and quickly purified it.

The tuna after purification was also very large, swimming like a hippopotamus, and was retrieved into the airship.

The other fish are mostly for ornamental purposes and are not very tasty to eat. Su Liu let them be killed by the psychic and then collected the crystal cores.

The psychics froze the sea water, then violently opened the door of the shelter and brought the survivors inside onto the airship.

To the south, a small aircraft carrying dozens of survivors had just taken off when a sea beast broke through the ice and leaped up, biting the aircraft with its bloody mouth.

The survivors screamed in terror, but the nearby psychics failed to notice and respond in time.

Time and space seemed to stand still. Su Liu saw the water rushing up into the sky, and through the water droplets, the faces of people filled with extreme despair.

Her body reacted faster than her brain, and she swung her emerald fan, sending green light flying towards the ferocious sea beast.

In just a moment, the sea monster was purified and fell into the ice, swinging its tail.

Su Liu picked up a very beautiful silver cutlassfish and touched its twisting body.

Hairtail fish is also delicious.

In the airship, the commander happened to see this scene with a deep look in his eyes.

Bingling Star was extremely cold, and everyone was shivering with ice chips all over their eyebrows and beards.

Su Liu purified too many species and was forced by the commander to rest.

She couldn't sit still and helped the logistics staff to provide hot water and blankets to the survivors.

On those unfamiliar faces, there was joy at surviving a disaster, sorrow at losing loved ones and homes, and also the confusion of not knowing where the future lies.

Su Liu stood outside the crowd and thought of the K-72 planet.

At that time, she failed to save anyone.

But now, she is finally of some use.
