Chapter Sixty-Five: Two Women Fighting Over One Man

They were just saying people's lives were good! Now they've proven them wrong.

Yinzhen instructed, "Liang Jiugong, ask what's going on?"

Liang Jiugong: "Hah!"

Liang Jiugong was also a capable man. As a servant, he had learned quite a lot. He could understand Mongolian without any problems and quickly found out what was going on.

Liang Jiugong: "Your Majesty, I have learned that two Mongolian princesses have taken a fancy to the same Mongolian man, and the two of them started arguing over it."

Yunrong had seen the drama of two women vying for one man in TV dramas before, but she had never seen it live before! Yunrong became interested and decided to join in the fun.

Yinzhen saw through Yunrong's plan at a glance, so he went along with her wishes and said, "You may go forward, but you must not surround her."

Yinzhen knew a little about the Mongolian princesses; they were capable of violence if they got serious, and he was afraid they might accidentally hurt Yunrong.

Yunrong, eager to see the excitement, nodded with a smile: "Alright, alright, let's go take a look! It'll be time to disperse soon."

As the two approached, they heard a very sweet voice: "Ya Ruo, Lobzang Gunbuzi is our Khorchin's future Baturu. You are this princess's man. You are not allowed to like him. You have no shame."

The girls called Ya Ruo said disdainfully, "Qing Gele, look at your appearance. Lobsang Gunbu will never like you. So what if you are Lobsang Gunbu's fiancée? Lobsang Gunbu just doesn't like you."

As a pampered young lady, Ya Ruo had never been mocked like this before. She immediately retorted, "Lobu Zanggunbu is my fiancé. He is not someone you can covet. I advise you to take back what you just said, or don't blame me for being impolite to you. Alata, take some men and slap her in the face so she can't speak properly."

Arata replied respectfully, "Yes, Princess."

Then several burly Mongolian servants behind Alata made a move to hit Ya Ruo. Ya Ruo was not one to be bullied, and angrily said, "How dare you! Do you know who my Abu is? How dare you treat me like this? You...you...you are insolent!"

Qinggele: "I don't care who you are, Abu. If you dare to have designs on my fiancé, I won't let you off the hook. Arata, beat me up."

Ya Ruo was accompanied by servants, but with only two servants, she was no match for Qing Gele's large number of men. Just as Ya Ruo was about to be beaten, a clear male voice with a hint of anger rang out: "Stop it, all of you!"

As Lobsang Gunbu's fiancée, Qinggele immediately recognized Lobsang Gunbu's voice. This recognition only fueled her anger. She wondered if Lobsang Gunbu's actions were truly motivated by something else for Ya Ruo.

Qinggele was naturally even angrier, and said angrily, "Alata, don't stop, keep hitting me. You dare to seduce my man? I'll see how you can seduce me now that your face is swollen."

Lobsang Gonbu would never actually let his fiancée's people fight back. Yaroqing Gele didn't know her identity, but she did.

Lobsang Gonbu personally stopped Alata and his entourage, and saw clearly that Gele was consumed by rage.

Qinggele: "What are you doing? This woman is shameless now, and you won't even let me, the princess, teach her a lesson? Lobsang Gunbu, are you blind to have taken a liking to her?"

Lobsang Gunbu was a little annoyed. What was going on?!

Lobsang Gonbu could only tell Qinggeler, "No, that's not true, you can rest assured."

Then Lobsang Gunbu said to Yaruo, "It was my fiancée who was being disrespectful and offended the princess. I brought her to apologize to the princess, and I hope the princess will not hold it against me."

Ya Ruo was somewhat displeased by Lobsang Gunbu's words. Although he was indeed apologizing, his words implied that he considered Qinggele one of his own, which showed that he did have feelings for Qinggele.

Ya Ruo frowned and said, "Lobuzang Gunbu, you're exaggerating. I won't hold it against Qinggele."

Qinggeler was displeased. What was this about Lobsang Gonbu apologizing to her rival? She didn't think she had done anything wrong.

Qinggeler retorted, "Lobzang Gunbu, I'm your fiancée! Why should I apologize to her on your behalf? How embarrassing!"

Lobsang Gunbu whispered to Qinggeler, "Don't speak yet. Princess Yaruo is the only direct sister of Zasagtu Khan Chenggun. Now our Khorchin and Zasag tribe need harmony. We can't afford to make a fool of ourselves in front of the Emperor. If you, Abu, find out, you will definitely be scolded."

Of course, if this matter blows up, he, the one being "contested," will inevitably get a scolding.

Qinggele still had some sense and knew that things shouldn't continue, so he signaled Arata to come back and threatened Yaruo, "You just wait, one day I'll make you suffer."

After saying that, Qinggeler pulled Lobsang Gunbu away.

Ya Ruo watched Qing Gele pull Lobuzang Gunbu away, feeling somewhat dazed.

Ya Ruo first met Lobsang Gunbu today in a very melodramatic way. Lobsang Gunbu saved Ya Ruo in the street, and Ya Ruo was immediately attracted to him.

Lobsang Gunbu was tall and imposing, the kind of man most admired by Mongolian princesses. Ya Ruo was rescued by this hero and then pledged herself to him.

It's true that Mongolian princesses are bold, especially since some areas in Mongolia have a high degree of autonomy, which makes many princesses of noble status express their feelings very directly.

Yaro confessed her feelings to Lobsang Gonbu in public, but Lobsang Gonbu naturally refused and left. However, Lobsang Gonbu had a big mouth among his servants, who told Alata about it, and then Qinggeler found out.
