"Ahhh, Niannian, Niannian, hurry, hurry, let's go inside and hide."
Little Swallow's scream reached their ears.
"ah!"
Chen Nian searched around but couldn't find Xiao Yanzi, so he went back outside the room. He originally wanted to go in, but when he heard the rustling conversation inside, he didn't go in.
She found a tree and was squatting down to count ants out of boredom when she heard Xiao Yanzi's voice. She looked up and saw a wolf's head not far away. Even though she knew it was Yongqi in disguise, she was still frightened.
The wolf skin really does look very similar.
She stumbled to her feet, and just then, Xiao Yanzi ran up to her, grabbed her, and rushed into the room. Yongqi also kept chasing after them, occasionally imitating a wolf's howl.
Screams filled the air.
Originally, Shen Nian was only frightened by the wolf's head at the beginning, but because she knew the plot, she wasn't that scared. However, Xiao Yanzi kept howling beside her, and Shen Nian couldn't help but howl along with her.
She was still a little scared inside.
"Quickly, Qing'er, Ziwei, quickly block the door! A big bad wolf is chasing me!"
Xiao Yanzi pulled Qing'er and rushed into the room. As they spoke quickly, the two of them fell to the ground. Xiao Yanzi turned around and pulled Chen Nian into her arms, pressing Chen Nian's head against her chest and covering Chen Nian's ears with her hands.
Xiao Yanzi's series of actions were so smooth that she didn't even give Chen Nian a chance to speak.
"What? The Big Bad Wolf!"
Upon hearing Xiao Yanzi's words, the two glanced outside the door and were immediately confronted by the Big Bad Wolf.

The two were terrified and slammed the door shut, blocking it completely.

Ziwei said in shock.
"Hold on, hold on, Qing'er, Ziwei, you must block it."
The little swallow was squeaking and waving its arms wildly; she was genuinely frightened, though she managed to hide her inner turmoil well.
But how could two weak women like Ziwei and Qing'er possibly be a match for Yongqi, a man skilled in martial arts? The two of them were so engrossed in blocking the door that they swayed back and forth.
"Hold on, hold on, they're getting in!"
"I can't hold on any longer."
No sooner had she finished speaking than the door was pushed open, and Qing'er and Ziwei collapsed to the ground.
The moment the door broke, Qing'er fell to the ground, but her first reaction was to crawl towards Xiao Yanzi, and together they blocked Chen Nian's way completely.
"Hmm—"
Having finally broken free from Xiao Yanzi's grasp, Chen Nian, who wanted to explain, had his head pressed down again and was held tightly in Qing'er's arms.
Xiao Yanzi then hugged the two of them, and together with Qing'er, they tightly encircled Chen Nian inside.
"Shh, Niannian, be good, don't be afraid, don't talk."
Qing'er leaned close to Chen Nian's ear and whispered something.
If we're going to eat, we should eat them first.
The two men completely blocked her way.

The "Big Bad Wolf" who pushed open the door was dumbfounded by the scene inside.
