The instructor instructed everyone to slice the meat, along with her favorite vegetables, chicken wings, and chicken legs, and skewer them all. He also prepared boiled fish, shredded pork with green peppers, brown sugar jelly, and fruit salad, which would be more than enough. He made two portions, one for them and one for Green Bamboo and the others, which was just right.
They're all very simple things, except for the ingredients in the ice jelly which are a bit difficult to make. Mingxiu just used the things from the space mall, which was convenient, and she could make them herself without being afraid of being exposed.
"Mother Consort Ming, I'm here! What delicious food are you making?" Yinreng ran in as soon as Mingxiu finished cooking.

After the food was served, Mingxiu saw the two children sitting together, drooling over the food on the table, and smiled helplessly.
"It smells so good! What delicious food is this? Why are we eating out again?" Emperor Kangxi walked in from outside and looked at the scene inside.
Mingxiu was speechless. "Is it really that fragrant?" Everyone who came in said the same thing. Well, it really is quite fragrant.

"You three shouldn't eat meat like that. It tastes much better wrapped in this vegetable. Try it!" Mingxiu said, wrapping the grilled meat and vegetables in lettuce and putting them in her mouth. She squinted her eyes with delight.
Seeing Mingxiu's enjoyable expression, the three of them also started eating.
As they ate, Kangxi suddenly spoke up, "This way of eating is quite good. It's not greasy, and it's perfect for Empress Dowager to try. After the meal, Mingxiu had someone clean up. Kangxi then sent Yinzhi back to Consort Hui's palace and took Yinreng back with him. He had been too busy these past two days, with a pile of memorials to deal with in the Imperial Study, and could not stay overnight.
What could Mingxiu do? She could only smile and respectfully see them off as they left.
She can finally get a good night's sleep tonight.
