"How could it be you?" Ushiha looked at the person in front of him in disbelief. It was the same person who had thrown stones at him in front of the glutinous rice ball stall that day.
The man dressed in a dark green robe was none other than Prince Suhari of Ferghana, with blue eyes, and he wore a round hat typical of Qing Dynasty men.
"I finally managed to rest in the tree, how was I supposed to know I'd see you making a racket over there again?" Suhari glanced at Ushiha and said.
"What did you say!" Ushiha glared angrily at Suhari, thinking to himself: This guy actually called me noisy?!
"The people looking for you are here. Fourth Princess, you'd better go back quickly." Suhari heard the shouts getting closer and closer, as if they were about to arrive.
"This is really annoying. I just wanted to be alone for a while, and they came looking for me right away. Ushiha said, looking back at the entrance to the lotus pond.
“It’s not impossible for the princess not to be found,” Suhari suddenly said, startled by his own thoughts as he realized his own.
Ushiha turned to look at the strange man who had repeatedly bullied him, and blurted out, "Is there really a way?"
Suhari looked down at Ushiha, and before she could turn around, she suddenly grabbed Ushiha by the waist, and then the two of them were lifted off the ground and flew up to the big tree.
Not long after they left the ground, Ushiha's maid and several other maids of Prince Chun came over, calling out for Ushiha and anxiously searching for her.
At this moment, Ushiha and Suhari had already hidden in the tree. Ushiha was completely huddled in Suhari's arms, and with Suhari's superb hiding skills, the maids didn't notice at all and had already left.
Ushiha had never climbed a tree before, let alone floated up like this. Her heart couldn't take it anymore, and she was already so scared that she closed her eyes and just nestled in that annoying person's arms, not daring to move.
Suddenly, Ushiha realized she was nestled in the arms of a strange man, and a man who had pinched her the moment they met—it was utterly unbelievable. Ushiha wanted to push Suhari away, but she didn't dare to, because her legs, which were perched on the tree branch, were trembling.
The maids searched the lotus pond but still couldn't find Wuxiha, so they had to go look elsewhere.
The two people in the tree then revealed themselves.
"Hey, why are you hugging me?" Ushiha looked up at Suhari's blue eyes and high nose, and said with a stern face, but at this moment her face was already flushed.
"Are you sure you don't want me to hold you?" Suhari looked down at the woman in his arms and said with amusement.
"Men and women shouldn't touch each other, you know that? If someone sees us like this, my reputation will be ruined," Ushiha said stubbornly. Actually, even she felt how fake she sounded when she said these words. She hated being bound by such things, but for some reason, she didn't want this guy in front of her to know about her inexplicable flutter in her heart.
Ah~
Before Susilha could react, she began to fall. Susilha had already released her, and Susilha had no idea how to stand on a branch, so she simply plummeted downwards.
Ushiha watched as he was about to fall to the ground, be thrown around and bleed from his insides, and finally be abandoned to the side like a rotten cabbage.
