After looking around and making sure no one was there, Lady Fucha pushed the bedding aside, revealing the bed board. She pressed down hard on the third board, and suddenly a crack appeared in the wood.
Inside lay a piece of silk-like cloth. Lady Fucha carefully picked up the cloth and slowly unfolded it.
Sure enough, the remaining powder was hidden inside.
"Niohuru clan, so what if you've placed Nianxia by my side? You think you can fight against Fucha clan?!" Fucha clan thought back to today's confrontation in court. Luckily, she had hidden the medicine packet in a secret compartment, otherwise, she might have ended up like Consort Sun.
Fucha stared at the medicine packet, thinking that the medicine was now useless and she had to move it as soon as possible, otherwise keeping it by her side would always be a disaster.
After carefully inspecting the medicine, Lady Fucha skillfully put the powder back in its original place. She then reassembled the bed board and put the bedding back in its place as well.

Fucha's scream attracted Caixiang's attention, but Caixiang did not go in immediately. Instead, she observed the situation inside from the outside and saw Fucha's every move clearly.
Cai Xiang watched as Lady Fucha opened the layers of the interlocking panels one by one, taking out the soul-snatching drug. No wonder the people from the palace couldn't find it no matter how hard they searched; it turned out it was hidden in a secret compartment. Cai Xiang hadn't expected the noble lady to be so cautious; she had been by her side for so long and hadn't even known there was a mechanism in the room.
To avoid being discovered by Lady Fucha, Cai Xiang was about to leave when she nervously stepped on her own hem, making a sound. Startled, she immediately took off running. All the way, Cai Xiang was in a daze, wondering if discovering Lady Fucha's secret was a good thing.
Having followed her for so many years, she outwardly seemed to trust him, but he knew Consort Fucha very well. She only trusted herself; everyone else was just a pawn.
The more Cai Xiang thought about it, the more she felt that it was not worth it for her to stay by Fucha's side. She was old enough now and it was time to think about herself.
