"Beile?"
A kitchen servant from the Prince's mansion went to the market to buy groceries. He saw a group of people laughing and joking under the bridge and, thinking they were watching something exciting, ran over excitedly.
To everyone's surprise, the crowd dispersed as soon as he arrived, and the servant was startled when he got closer.
The man turned out to be Prince Beile, so he dropped his vegetable basket and rushed over to support Hongshi, who was about to faint.
"Help! Help! Help!" The servant carried the unconscious Hongshi back to the old mansion. The people in the mansion were terrified when they saw that it was Prince Bei. While ordering people to carry Hongshi into the house, they ran to inform Ulanara Shuzhen.
When Ulanara Shuzhen rushed over, Hongshi was still asleep in bed.
Ulanara Shuzhen rushed over, but she couldn't even recognize the wet and filthy person before her. She knelt beside Hongshi, her hands trembling as she touched him; a burning heat washed over her…
"Something's wrong! Go get a doctor... Prince has a fever... Hurry..." Ulanara Shuzhen urgently instructed the maid beside her, then turned around and kept stroking Hongshi's face, crying and calling out, "Prince, what's wrong with you? How did this happen?"
The servant knelt on the ground and kowtowed three times to Ulanara Shuzhen, saying fearfully, "This servant found the prince on the street; it seems he just fell into the water... This servant knows nothing else..."
Ulanara Shuzhen ignored the servants and was only concerned about the safety of the prince. Before the doctor arrived, she had Hongshi's whole body washed and changed into clean clothes, and stayed by his side without leaving him for a moment.
The doctor arrived and carefully examined Hongshi, telling Ulanara Shuzhen that Hongshi only had a cold and was fine, and that he would recover as long as he took good care of himself. Ulanara Shuzhen was relieved.
After the imperial physician left, the maidservants brewed some medicinal soup and ginger tea, feeding it to Hongshi spoonful by spoonful. They also kept wiping Hongshi's body to lower his temperature. They were busy until late at night before Hongshi's fever subsided and his complexion improved.
Shuzhen looked at the weak man on the bed, her heart filled with a multitude of emotions. She was the one who had caused all this trouble with Lady Irgen; who told her to have captured the Prince's heart?
After regaining his senses, Hongshi felt a great warmth, a warmth he had been dreaming of these past few days, like a sweet dream.
Hongshi dreamed that he met a fairy-like person, gentle, virtuous and understanding. Hongshi wanted to grab this fairy, but he couldn't grasp her even after reaching out for a long time. Suddenly, a figure flashed, and Hongshi pounced on her, firmly grasping a pair of soft, white hands, and happily held them to his heart.
Ulanara Shuzhen was startled by Hongshi's actions. She looked at him shyly as he held her hands tightly in his arms, feeling both happy and embarrassed. Suddenly, Hongshi opened his eyes, turned his head, and saw the fairy's face and Ulanara Shuzhen's face constantly switching. Unable to distinguish them, Hongshi closed his eyes, shook his head, and then suddenly opened his eyes to carefully identify the person beside him. Only then did he confirm that it was indeed Ulanara Shuzhen standing beside him.
Hongshi was surprised to find himself holding Ulanara Shuzhen's hand tightly, and he was so embarrassed that he didn't know what to say or do.
When Ulanara Shuzhen saw that Hongshi had woken up, she excitedly took her hands out and touched Hongshi's forehead. After carefully checking whether Hongshi was awake, she breathed a sigh of relief and looked at Hongshi with heartache, almost crying...
