Chapter 333 Tied Up

When Tong Cheng'er learned that Yinzhen had a social engagement that evening, she nodded to indicate that she understood, and then began to have dinner prepared.

Perhaps because Yinzhen had been having dinner with her for the past few days, she felt that the food didn't taste as good as the night before when she ate alone.

That's really strange.

After eating a quick bite, Tong Cheng'er picked up the cats and started petting them one by one.

She has many cats, so she pets them one after another, which takes quite a while. After petting the cats, she starts reading a storybook.

Meanwhile, Yinzhen went to Wangyue Tower.

Although everyone in the capital knew that Wangyue Tower had an extraordinary background, they didn't really know whose property it was.

Yinzhen had no intention of revealing it.

When he arrived at Wangyue Tower, although he didn't say he had a cold face, he certainly didn't smile much. No one was surprised, since everyone knew that the Fourth Prince was a man who didn't like to smile.

The officials were all seasoned veterans of the bureaucracy, and their banter, though not much from Yinzhen, kept the atmosphere lively.

Once the food and wine were served and a few cups of wine were consumed, Yinzhen noticed that some people were starting to speak rather recklessly.

He looked at the wine in his glass and thought to himself that this stuff was really no good. After drinking two small glasses, he stopped touching it.

After a few rounds of drinks and several dishes, everyone clearly loosened up. At first, things were fine, and they talked about serious topics related to the Ministry of Revenue. But as the conversation went on, the topic took a turn for the worse.

One of the officials whispered a few words to his servant, who then left.

About fifteen minutes later, the servant returned, bringing several young ladies with him.

The official addressed the young women, saying, "Come in quickly and pour wine for the gentlemen."

Upon hearing this, Yinzhen suddenly frowned, but he was used to being aloof, and many of the people had drunk too much, so they didn't notice his displeasure.

The drunk man who called for help was surnamed Yang.

Lord Yang instructed the girls to serve the officials drinking in the private room, and then assigned the prettiest girl to Yinzhen.

The girl walked up to Yinzhen and was about to pour him wine when Su Peisheng quickly said, "Miss, I can take care of serving the master. There's no need to trouble you."

Su Peisheng knew that his master disliked these things the most, so he really dared not let this girl get close to his master.

The girl didn't say anything in rebuttal, but looked at Yinzhen with her charming eyes and said softly, "My lord, may I pour you some wine?"

Yinzhen's face remained cold and indifferent: "No need."

When the girl heard him say this, a hint of surprise flashed in her eyes. She had seen plenty of lewd men in the pleasure quarters, so it was no wonder she was surprised to see a gentleman like him.

Surprised as I may be, I'll still keep trying to seduce her.

Besides, this man's appearance is different from those round-headed, round-bellied men. If she manages to hook up with him, she won't lose out on a night of passion.

The girl "accidentally" touched the clothes on her shoulder with her hand, and then the clothes fell off her shoulder as if they were not tied, revealing her fair and smooth shoulders.

Many men in the room gasped as they looked at him.

Yinzhen, however, seemed to ignore it.

The girl looked at Yinzhen innocently and said, "My lord, my clothes are loose and I don't have the strength to put them on. Could you please help me put them on?"

Yinzhen was already very displeased. He regretted it and wished he hadn't come.

He instructed Su Peisheng, "Since this young lady can't put on her clothes properly, help her tie them up securely."

Su Peisheng was taken aback when he heard this, but he immediately realized that since his master said to tie him up, he would tie him up.

Su Peisheng also had some martial arts skills and had tied people up before, so he was quite quick at tying people up.

After the girl was tied up, the private room became so quiet you could hear a pin drop; everyone was stunned by his actions.

She was such a beautiful young woman, how could he bear to part with her?

The girl who was tied up had lost her previous coquettishness and now looked at Yinzhen with a look of terror on her face. She was truly afraid.

Lord Yang had sobered up a bit by now, and he was completely dumbfounded by the scene before him.

It's normal to invite a few girls over to keep you company while drinking; in some people's eyes, this is even considered elegant. So why did the Fourth Prince tie them up?

They have no sense of chivalry towards women.

Lord Yang spoke up: "Fourth Prince, what... what does this mean?"

Yinzhen smiled and said, "I'm sorry, everyone. My wife at home said that I'm not allowed to have affairs outside. I'm just afraid of making her angry when I go back. This girl smells too pungent. If my wife finds out, I'm afraid I'll have to sleep in the study tonight."

Lord Yang, perhaps still a bit tipsy, stammered after hearing this, "How about I find you two tasteless girls?"

Upon hearing this, Yinzhen's face immediately darkened, and Gu Badai wished he had never met this scoundrel. This man usually seemed to have some brains, but how come he became so stupid after drinking!

With the Fourth Prince's status and position, if he wanted to, how could his wife possibly control his affairs? It's obvious that the Fourth Prince doesn't want to get involved with these girls; they're just clueless.

Gu Badai then spoke up, "Fourth Prince, Huaiwen has drunk too much today and speaks without thinking. I hope Fourth Prince will not hold it against him this time."

Yinzhen said to Gu Badai, "Since you know that drinking makes your mind less sharp, you should drink less alcohol in the future. Take all these people out with you! They're just vulgar women."

Eating and drinking are fine, but bringing so many women over is really a headache.

Now that Lord Yang was completely sober, upon hearing this, he trembled and chased everyone out.

The dinner party was still going on, but it was definitely a real meal.

Yinzhen ate quite attentively. Wangyuelou was his restaurant, and the food suited his taste, so he ate quite well.
