For a time, everyone was locked in a fierce battle with the ghouls and ghosts. Qiao Suiyue kept firing his longbow, while the four little skeletons, all clad in heavy armor, stood around him like four giant walls, creating an incredibly safe environment for him to attack.
Although there were many ghouls and ghosts, the team members did not linger in battle and were about to fight their way out of the encirclement.
Ping Xin took Han Feng's place and charged ahead, his long sword forcing back the last corpse ghost in front of him, clearing a bloody path.
Just as they were about to break through, a figure suddenly appeared in front of Pingxin.
"Qiao Suiyue?!" Ping Xin exclaimed in surprise, but then he realized that the guy in front of him was the monster that Qiao Suiyue had mentioned earlier.
Ping Xin only hesitated for a moment before drawing his long sword and slashing down at Qiao Suiyue without hesitation.
The imposter Qiao Yueyue revealed a strange smile, and then grabbed Pingxin's knife with one hand.
"That's impossible!"
Pingxin was shocked. He was extremely confident in his knife. How could anyone in the world possibly hold his knife with their bare hands? It was simply a fantasy!
The imposter Qiao Suiyue ignored Ping Xin. His face began to slowly change, and then it turned into a face exactly like Ping Xin's!
Bang!
When everyone looked up, they saw Pingxin beating Pingxin. One Pingxin was pinning the other Pingxin to the ground and pounding him. Blood splattered with every punch.
"What's going on? Why are there two Pingxins?" Han Feng was stunned for a moment because he couldn't tell which one was real.
"Stop! Stop it! Please stop fighting!"
Han Feng quickly called out to the two men, but at that moment, Ping Xin, the one who had hit Han Feng, grinned and then threw a punch at Han Feng's face. The punch whistled through the air, carrying an incomparable killing intent.
Han Feng's expression changed, and he quickly dodged. Then, with lightning speed, he thrust out his knife, leaving a gash on Ping Xin's body. Strangely, no blood flowed out.
Ping Xin smiled, and his face changed again. This time... he became Han Feng!
"Damn it! You're imitating my face? What kind of monster are you?!" Han Feng was covered in sweat. This monster seemed to have realized that he was not someone to be trifled with, and after transforming into his appearance, it charged directly at the other team members.
Everyone was busy fighting the ghouls and ghosts, so they didn't have the energy to carefully observe their surroundings. They glanced at Han Feng out of the corner of their eyes and then lowered their guard.
"Watch out! That's not me!" Han Feng shouted urgently.
But it was too late. The monster, now transformed into Han Feng, silently approached and easily snapped a teammate's neck, turning his head 180 degrees.
The teammate's eyes were filled with confusion as he died, seemingly unable to understand why his captain, Han Feng, wanted to kill him.
The moment a person dies, they are immediately dragged away by the corpse ghosts, leaving not even a complete corpse behind.
Damn it!
Han Feng's eyes instantly turned red, and he charged straight at the monster, his sword strikes becoming incredibly ruthless.
"You all go, I'll cover the rear!"
Han Feng shouted, his blade flashing like lightning, forcing back the monster that looked just like him and all the surrounding ghouls and ghosts.
He had already lost one comrade-in-arms, and he didn't want to see anyone else die in front of him. For that reason, he would rather be the one to die.
From the day he joined the Tiger Legion, Han Feng was prepared to sacrifice himself.
"No, Captain, we'll go together!" Some team members were unwilling to leave Han Feng behind.
"Go! This is an order! Military orders are absolute! Do you want me to die in vain?" Han Feng roared without turning his head.
Faced with Han Feng's desperate efforts, both the monster and the numerous corpse ghosts were forced to retreat.
But this fighting style obviously couldn't last long. Before long, Han Feng had several wounds on his body, covered in blood.
The monster-like Han Feng was in no hurry, with a strange smile on his face. He would occasionally take the opportunity to ambush Han Feng, and most of the injuries on Han Feng's body were caused by this monster.

Han Feng charged toward the monster with his knife, ignoring the attacks from the other ghouls and spirits. He knew he couldn't survive facing so many ghouls and spirits, but he wanted to die knowing why.
Blood began to flow continuously from his mouth and nose, and his vision began to blur. Han Feng knew very well that his body had reached its limit.
He pinned all his hopes on this one strike, believing that whatever the monster was, it would be unable to maintain its disguise once it suffered a sufficiently fatal attack.
"Show me your true form! Brahma Swift Slash!"
With a sharp shout, Han Feng's long sword seemed to cleave through space and time, transforming into a beam of intense light that struck the monster that looked exactly like him.
A look of terror flashed in the monster's eyes. It had clearly not expected Han Feng's strike to be so terrifying, and it turned and fled.
