"Hahaha! You're so arrogant! You didn't even try to dodge. Looks like I'm the one who'll have the last laugh!"
If this blow landed, a human's frail body simply couldn't withstand it; it would be a fatal injury for any human.
"What are you grinning about?" Qiao Suinian asked, puzzled.
Mu Fengxiu's smile vanished abruptly, as if he hadn't realized what had happened.
"You can still talk? No, why aren't you dead?" Mu Fengxiu was utterly astonished.
"Why should I die? How could you say such a thing?"
Qiao Suinian grabbed the flaming spear with his bare hands, pulled it out of his body, and then crushed it.
His body had two large holes running through it, but he acted as if nothing had happened and showed no reaction whatsoever.
The wind rustled Qiao Suinian's clothes, and the dazed Mu Fengxiu saw through the gap in the clothes that the skin underneath was covered with a layer of dark purplish-red lividity!
"Lividity spots? How can a human like you have corpse spots? Could it be... you're from the Abyss Corpse Clan! How do you have any connection with the Abyss Corpse Clan?"
Mu Fengxiu was almost dumbfounded with shock. It was one thing for a human to possess demonic energy, but how could he possibly be connected to the Abyss Corpse Clan? Just who was this person in front of him?
In response to Mu Fengxiu's question, Qiao Suinian's reply was a clean and swift slash that cut Mu Fengxiu into three pieces: his head flew high into the air, and his body and lower body separated.
The demonic flames formed from demonic energy relentlessly burned his wounds, rendering him unable to heal despite possessing an elemental body.
Mu Fengxiu's eyes were filled with terror. If this continued, it would only be a matter of time before he died here. Under the fear of death, a look of madness appeared in his eyes.
"I'll fight you to the death!"
Mu Fengxiu let out a low roar, like a wild beast driven to the brink of despair. He knew very well that now, only by fighting to the death could he have a chance of survival.
