Son of Light 19
One day, Luli was practicing light magic on the training ground. His staff drew a graceful arc in the air, shining brightly.
"Not bad!" a rough voice sounded.
Luli turned around and saw a dwarf warrior standing not far away, carrying a huge battle axe. His beard was braided and he had a hearty smile on his face.
"I'm Titus," the dwarf came over. "I heard your magic is very powerful. Would you like to compete with me?"
Luli hesitated for a moment and nodded.
The contest began, Titus's battle axe struck Luli with the force of thunder, while Luli nimbly dodged and counterattacked with light magic. In the end, the two fought to a draw.
"Haha, that's great!" Titus patted Luli on the shoulder. "You little antique, you're quite impressive."
Luli was stunned for a moment: "Little antique?"
"Yeah," Titus laughed, "that's what Xin called you."
Luli shook his head helplessly. It seemed he couldn't get rid of this title.
At this moment, a slender young man walked over. His skin was covered with dense scales, and his eyes were vertical pupils, emitting a faint dragon's aura.
"I'm Yan Yi," the young man introduced himself. "I'm from the Dragon Clan. The competition just now was very exciting. I'd like to spar with you, too."
Luli nodded: "Okay."
Yan Yi transformed into a dragon and started a fierce duel with Lu Li. In the end, Lu Li won with a slight advantage.
"You are very good," Yan Yi said with a smile after changing back to human form, "Please give me more guidance in the future."

One day, Luli was reading in the college library when he heard a commotion outside. He walked out of the library and saw a group of students gathered together.
"What happened?" he asked Philomena.
"Ryan from the Orc tribe was fighting with several students," Philomena explained, "It seemed like they were mocking the Orc traditions."
Luli frowned and walked over to separate the crowd. He saw Ryan, a burly young orc, surrounded by several people.
"That's enough," Luli said coldly, "Bullying is not allowed in the academy."
When those people saw that it was Luli, they left in disappointment. Ryan glanced at Luli and nodded: "Thank you."
"You're welcome," Luli said, "You can come to me if you need anything in the future."
Ryan smiled: "Okay."
That night, Luli returned to the dormitory and found his bed piled with feathers. He was stunned for a moment, and then he heard Xin's laughter coming from behind him.
"Do you like it? I 'borrowed' it specially from the Magical Creatures class." Xin leaned against the door frame, smiling like a child who had succeeded in a prank.
Luli looked at him coldly: "Clean it up."
"Don't be so serious," Xin walked over and reached out to touch his hair, but Luli dodged him.
"I told you not to touch me casually." Luli's voice contained a hint of warning.
Xin shrugged. "Okay, little antique. But you have to learn to relax a little."
Luli didn't answer, but turned around and began to clean the feathers on the bed. Xin looked at his back, a hint of tenderness flashing in her eyes.

Time flies. In the chaotic and laughter-filled school life, most of the long school life has been spent. During this period, Luli made many friends and lived a fulfilling life every day.
One evening, Luli sat alone on the roof of the academy, watching the sunset in the distance. His long silver hair was blown by the evening breeze, and there was a hint of melancholy in his blue eyes.
"What are you thinking about?" Xin's voice came from behind.
Luli didn't look back: "Nothing."
Xin walked over to him and sat down, handing him a cup of hot tea: "Try it, this is the fruit tea of the elves."
Luli took the teacup and took a sip. The sweet aroma of the fruit tea spread in his mouth, and he couldn't help but smile.
"You look beautiful when you smile," Xin said suddenly, "You should smile more often."
Lu Li was stunned for a moment, then lowered his head: "Thank you."
Xin looked at him, a complex emotion flashing in his eyes: "Luli, have you ever thought about what else you want besides the mission of the God of Light?"
Luli was silent for a moment, then said softly, "I don't know."
Xin said nothing more, but just watched the sunset quietly. The shadows of the two people were stretched out very long, as if they were intertwined.
---
Life in the academy was peaceful and fulfilling. Luli gradually got used to Xin's pranks, Philomena's enthusiasm, Titus's generosity, Yan Yi's straightforwardness, and Ryan's silence. He began to feel an unprecedented warmth.
One night, Luli was reading in the library when Xin suddenly appeared in front of him.
"Little Antique, come for a walk with me." Xin took his hand without hesitation.
Luli subconsciously tried to break free, but Xin held him tighter.
"Just for a moment," Xin's voice was pleading. "The moon is beautiful tonight."
Luli hesitated for a moment and finally nodded.
The two walked in the academy garden, the moonlight shining softly on Luli's silver hair. Xin looked at his profile and suddenly stopped.
"Luli," he whispered, "If one day I leave, will you miss me?"
Luli was stunned for a moment, then looked up at Xin: "Where are you going?"
Xin smiled and said, "It's just a hypothesis."
Luli was silent for a moment, then said softly, "Yes."
Xin's eyes flashed with surprise, but then he returned to his cynical look: "That's good, I can't bear to part with my little antique."
Luli shook his head helplessly, but did not avoid Xin's hand again.
---
The college's annual celebration was approaching, and the entire campus was immersed in a joyous atmosphere. Philomena excitedly grabbed Luli's hand and said, "Luli, you must attend the dance! This is one of the college's most important events."
Luli frowned slightly: "I'm not very good at dancing."
"It's okay," Philomena winked. "I can teach you. Besides, Xin will definitely invite you."
Luli was stunned for a moment: "Xin?"
"Yes," Philomena laughed, "He has been secretly preparing for it for a long time."
Before Luli could respond, Xin's voice came from behind him: "Little Antique, will you be my dance partner tonight?"
Luli turned around and saw Xin wearing a well-tailored suit, his blonde hair meticulously combed, and his red eyes full of anticipation.
"I..." Luli hesitated, "I'm not very good at dancing."
"It's okay," Xin smiled and held out his hand, "I can teach you."
Luli looked at his hands, was silent for a moment, and finally nodded: "Okay."
At the ball, Luli wore a white dress, his long silver hair tied back, and his blue eyes looked particularly clear under the lights. Xin took his hand and led him onto the dance floor.
"Relax," Xin said softly, "Follow my pace."
Luli nodded and tried to keep up with Xin's pace. Although he was a little clumsy at first, he gradually found the rhythm under Xin's guidance.
"See, isn't this very simple?" Xin said with a smile.
Lu Li looked up at him, the corners of his mouth slightly raised: "Thank you."
Xin looked at his smile, a hint of tenderness flashed in his eyes: "Luli, you look really good when you smile."
Lu Li was stunned for a moment, then lowered his head: "Don't talk nonsense."
Xin said nothing more, but simply squeezed his hand. The two of them spun on the dance floor, as if they were the only ones left in the world.
