Son of Light 27 (End)
"How can you not have much time left? We can spend many years together in the future." Luli looked at the man with a smile on his lips.
His gaze moved downwards, and he suddenly saw the man's body below the waist gradually becoming empty. His face froze, and his tone paused.
"This is the punishment for reversing the laws of time. Forgive me, Luli. I cannot accept the destruction of billions of lives before my eyes, and I cannot accept your death before my eyes either."
Xin was still gentle, but his voice had gradually become weak. He looked at his lover, whose eyes were filled with tears again.
He sighed and wiped away his tears with his hands.
"What on earth did you see?" Luli grabbed his hand, his heart in great panic, and his whole body trembling.
Xin couldn't say it.
It was obvious that they had died in the predetermined ending the moment before, but they suddenly came back to life.
He could allow himself to die.
But when he saw Luli's gradually cooling body lying silently in his arms, and felt only the cold touch when his lips touched, the sadness that came over him almost drowned him.
He couldn't even keep calm, and took the initiative to face the abyss and swallowed up the consciousness of the abyss.
This also caused the entire universe to fall into extreme darkness for the next trillions of years. The empty plane was only unaware that demons were wreaking havoc everywhere, and he spent countless lonely times like this.
Until he finally accumulated enough energy and used his authority over the laws of time to forcibly reverse time.
For Luli, only half a magic hour had passed, but it was an opportunity that the man had waited for who knows how long.
Of course the price is too high, but it is worth it as long as I can see my lover.
"No, no, Xin, you can't be so cruel."
Luli's eyes were red and he shook his head slowly, looking at the man who was gradually disappearing and he was very devastated.
"How could you do this to me? We just met, we haven't had time to say a few words, you haven't taken me to travel around the continent, and we obviously still have so many things to do. How can you be so cruel..."
Luli lowered his head, subconsciously raised his hand to take out a dagger from the storage ring, and stabbed it into his chest without hesitation.
There was a loud bang, and Luli lowered his head, vaguely seeing a very faint halo surrounding him.
"Don't hurt yourself, Luli." The illusory figure breathed softly.
"Promise me, Luli, wait for me for ten thousand years or even hundreds of millions of years. I will come back eventually."
The man's words disappeared into the air and gradually dissipated.
Luli looked at the Godhead of Light that had completely merged into his body, and he could no longer hold back and fainted.
When he woke up again, a handsome gray face was looking at him quietly.
The emotionless god will only have a special affection for one person since birth, and will be happy to do so even if that person wants to use him.
Siluville held the lifeless Regina in his arms without saying a word.
He simply handed the dark godhead in his hand to Luli in silence, then turned and headed towards the endless abyss.
His lover had died long ago, and he didn't want to live in vain.
Light gradually appeared as he stepped towards the abyss. Many surviving creatures firmly believed that it was the God of Light who defeated the invasion of the abyss.
A large number of believers collectively worshipped the statue of the God of Light, but the source of the power of faith, the Godhead of Light, was embedded in Luli's body.
That person has completely disappeared, and the merits and faith that should have belonged to him have become the private property of this thief.
A huge amount of power of faith poured into Luli's body, and the surging divine power directly promoted him from a demigod to a true god.
But he himself was not happy.
"You lied to me again."
Luli muttered to himself. He stood on the high throne, watching the changes in the world below alone on behalf of Xin.
This looks like trillions of years.
He felt Xin's loneliness, Xin's solitude, and everything about Xin, and he had been waiting for it.
I waited and waited, but never saw that familiar figure return. Even though I already knew the answer, I still couldn't help feeling deeply sad.
