But when the servants went up to call him several times, He Yanyun just said, "I have an appointment at noon and won't be home for lunch."

Grandma He was disappointed, but she did not force He Yanyun to have dinner with her.

At six in the evening, after Grandma He came back from going out, the servant Ah Xiang said to her in surprise, "Grandma, the young master hasn't been out all day. We made afternoon tea for him, but he didn't eat it."

She found that He Yanyun's eyes were not on the screen at all, his fingers were just sliding unconsciously.

His expressionless face remained unchanged for thousands of years, making him look like a robot that had suddenly malfunctioned, repeating the same action unconsciously.

Grandma He could no longer stop worrying.

She gently sat down next to He Yanyun and asked softly, "Yanyun, are you feeling unwell? Why don't you go out? Why don't you eat?"

He Yanyun's eyes rolled, and when he saw that the person in front of him was Grandma He, his cold and hard features softened immediately.

He sat up straight and said, "Grandma, I'm fine."

His tone was still as calm as usual.

Grandma He didn't believe it and stared at his face over and over again.

But He Yanyun looked very normal. He didn't have a fever or cough. He didn't look sick.

Grandma He felt relieved.
