After reprimanding her, Xiao Lingchen ignored Tong Su and spurred his horse forward.

He was scolding her, but Tong Su's eyes suddenly lit up, and a bright smile bloomed on her face. She leaned closer, as if she were hiding some earth-shattering secret, and whispered, "Brother, are you jealous?"

The black horse suddenly stopped, reared up and neighed, raising half of its body high, pulling Xiao Lingchen up with it. Tong Su cried out in alarm, "Brother, be careful!"
He pulled the reins again, and landed steadily without swaying his body or falling.
But Tongsu was still shaken. She quickly stopped her horse, grabbed his sleeve, and said fiercely, "Wasn't it dangerous for you to stop like that!"
Her face was contorted with anger, her eyes blazing with fury; she was truly enraged, and her tone was sharp, "How terrifying is it to pull the reins like that? If you fall off and get trampled by the horse, what will you do with your legs? You too—"
As she spoke, her voice choked with emotion, her eyes red and misty: "Aren't you afraid I'll worry?"
No matter how turbulent Xiao Lingchen's heart was, when he heard her choking back tears and saw her eyes red and misty with tears, he couldn't care less. He sighed and reached out to wipe the tears from the corners of her eyes.

"Hahahaha..." He couldn't help but laugh. "Alright, with Bai Shu posing such a big threat, I really won't dare to run around anymore, okay?"

"Bai Shu," Xiao Lingchen said softly, his smile fading as he looked up at her. "You just asked me if I was jealous. Now I'm telling you, I'm just your older brother. How could I be jealous?"
The girl suddenly bit her lip, frowned, and pulled his sleeve tightly, leaning forward to pull him in front of her. He could smell the sweet fragrance emanating from her, and tensed up to avoid her: "Bai Shu."
She pressed herself even closer, her face tense, her eyes red and shining with anger. She gritted her teeth and squeezed out a few words.
"If you only want to be my older brother, why did you change my surname?!"
