"Why do I hear A-Lin's voice?" Old Man Shan poked his head out uncertainly, "It's really A-Lin!"
Until he saw Shan Yilin downstairs, the old man's eyes were filled with as much surprise as Zhou Yaya's.
"Dad, you better not be as excited as Xia Xia."
Zhou Yaya witnessed Li Xia's mistake with her own eyes, so she quickly spoke out to remind her.
"What happened?"
The hustle and bustle early in the morning also woke up Shan Ting from his light sleep. He opened the door puzzled, thinking that something had happened.
When he saw Shan Yilin appear in the living room, he couldn't help but be a little surprised.
They have been brothers for 20 years.
Shan Ting couldn't say that he understood Shan Yilin 100%.
But after knowing each other for so many years, he also knew that Shan Yilin had a habit of avoiding family affection since he was a child.
So when Shan Ting learned that he had left yesterday, he knew that Shan Yilin had chosen to be an ostrich again.
In order to take Mr. Shan's feelings into consideration, he did not expose his excuse.
Shan Ting raised his eyebrows, "I'm really surprised that you can come back."
"Well... I'm done with school work, and Dad finally came over. No matter what, I should do my best to be a good host."
Shan Yilin looked at the way Shan Ting looked at him, and he knew that Shan Ting saw through him.
"Okay, I'm glad you're back. You still have some conscience."
"Okay, A-Ting, look at how you talk. It's a good thing that A-Lin is back. Go back to your room and change your clothes. Xia-Xia is still watching you. You're already a father, but you're still hanging around outside in your pajamas. How can that be considered decent?"
Old Master Shan was worried that Shan Ting would talk too much and drive Shan Yilin away again, so the old man turned and looked at him.
Shan Ting touched his nose when he heard this. He raised his eyebrows and said, "Dad, isn't your scale too obviously tilted?"
So the younger one is a son, and the older one is not a son? !

A few days later.
Airport.
"Okay, Alin, Xia Xia, we've dropped you off here. It's time for us to go to the station." Zhou Yaya held Li Xia's hand reluctantly all the way until they reached their destination, then she let go of her hand.
"Xia Xia, you must listen to your uncle here and call your aunt anytime if you have any questions."
As Zhou Yaya spoke, her voice became choked with sobs.
She turned her face away, not wanting Li Xia to see her red eyes.
Seeing this, Li Xia's nose felt a little sour. She sniffed and said, "Auntie Zhou, don't worry, I will be obedient."
They are not her relatives, but they are better than her relatives.
"Alin, bring Xia Xia back home to celebrate the New Year during the holidays." Old Man Shan walked up to Shan Yilin and patted his shoulder.
"Um."
Shan Yilin nodded.
"It's time to board the plane. Let's go to the station." Shan Ting took Zhou Yaya's hand. He looked up at Shan Yilin without saying anything. He then turned his gaze to Li Xia beside him and said, "Xia Xia, we are leaving now."
"Okay, Uncle Shan, Aunt Zhou, Grandpa Shan, have a safe trip."
Li Xia looked up when he heard this.
After a few pleasantries, a mechanical female voice came from the waiting room, announcing boarding precautions, as well as flight numbers and times.
Zhou Yaya and the other two entered the station, and their backs were gradually lost in the crowd.
Li Xia looked in the direction they left, biting her lower lip and saying nothing.
Shan Yilin glanced at her sideways.
He moved his lips and wanted to say some words of comfort to Li Xia, but he didn't know where to start.
Shan Yilin stood silently behind Li Xia and accompanied her.
"Uncle, let's go." Li Xia turned around and took a deep breath.
Shan Yilin stared at her and then asked, "Are you okay?"
Instead of holding it in like this, she might as well just cry and let it out.
"Um."
Li Xia lowered her eyes and nodded.
On the way back, Li Xia was in low spirits and didn't say a word the entire way. Shan Yilin finally got used to the hustle and bustle of the past few days.
The sudden silence now made him a little uncomfortable.
He raised his eyes and glanced at the rearview mirror.
Li Xia leaned her head against the car door and closed her eyes as if she had fallen asleep.
"Don't feel bad, I will take you back when the holiday comes." Shan Yilin knew that Li Xia was in no mood to sleep at this moment.
Since he came out, he has basically spent the Spring Festival outside.
Every year he would find an excuse not to go back.
Although he had personally promised Mr. Shan that he would go back this time.
But in fact, Shan Yilin had no such plan.
When Li Xia heard Shan Yilin's low voice, she opened her eyelids and raised her eyes, just in time to catch Shan Yilin's gaze in the rearview mirror.
The two people's eyes met in the mirror.
"Uncle, are you serious? Have you really decided to take a vacation and return home?"
Li Xia blinked and asked with her mouth open.
She knows Shan Yilin very well.
Naturally, he also knew that what he said to Mr. Shan was just an excuse for expediency.
Shan Yilin nodded and said, "Yes, it's true."
After Li Xia got a positive answer, she immediately smiled like a flower.
Shan Yilin looked at the anger burning in her, and then he looked away with relief.
Seeing Li Xia's smile, Shan Yilin seemed to be infected and the corners of his lips unconsciously rose.
When he realized it, he immediately suppressed the smile that came from his heart and returned to his usual cold expression.
When the two returned to the villa, it was already dark.
Due to time constraints, Shan Yilin did not take Li Xia back to school that day.
