"A pinch of red brings a branch."
Yu Jinshu, dressed as a Persian, asked the flower vendor in front of Shuiyue Pavilion for a flower.
She spoke not Chinese, but Persian.
The stall owner didn't understand, "Sir, you want this?"
Yu Jinshu said in broken Chinese: "Yes."
The stall owner handed the Persian a red twig and a pinch of red. "Five cents."
Yu Jinshu took out five cents and handed it to the stall owner, then smiled at him.
The stall owner was dressed as a royal guard, and his purpose was to watch the door to see if anyone who looked like the Princess of Jin appeared.
Princess Yu Jinshu of the State of Jin took the flower branch handed to her by the stall owner, turned around and swaggered into the Shuiyue Pavilion.
The Royal Guards soldier dressed as a stall owner was imitating the Persian spoken by the Persian guest. It was quite interesting, but he couldn't pronounce it well no matter how hard he tried.
After Yu Jinshu entered, he asked to see Miss Linlang.
There were also Royal Guards watching inside Shuiyue Pavilion. She shouted loudly that she wanted to see Miss Linlang, but the Royal Guards just smiled and watched.
Their focus was on a young man who looked like a woman.
And this Persian was not their target.
Linlang came out of a private room on the second floor and looked at the Persian man in the hall downstairs from the corridor, thinking that this guest might have been introduced by a previous Persian guest.
She went downstairs and approached the Persian visitor.
"I've heard of Miss Linlang's great name for a long time. I came to Shuiyue Pavilion today just to see what she looks like. Seeing is believing. Miss Linlang is beautiful and generous."
Linlang listened to the voice, which had a strong Persian accent, but for some reason, it sounded familiar.
And the eyes of this middle-aged Persian man also seemed particularly familiar.
It was this familiarity that made Linlang enthusiastic. She told the girl in the building, "Come and invite this Persian guest into the private room. Tea, fruits and snacks are all ready."
Under the watchful eyes of the Imperial Guards, Yu Jinshu and Linlang walked into a private room on the third floor with confidence.
In the private room, Yu Jinshu lifted up the hem of his robe and sat down.
Linlang sat opposite her. After the maid who brought tea, snacks and cakes left, she asked A Miao to guard outside and not let anyone get close, and then went to lock the door.
In the private room, there were only Linlang and Yu Jinshu.
Yu Jinshu looked at Linlang with a smile, revealing her original voice: "Miss Linlang has good taste."
When Linlang heard the voice, her heart warmed. She stood up excitedly and hugged Yu Jinshu, unable to help crying out loud.
"Thinking back a few days ago, I really wished you were dead. But now, knowing that you're still alive and well, I'm so happy I'm a little overwhelmed."
She let go of Yu Jinshu, picked up the handkerchief and wiped her tears.
Yu Jinshu smiled and said, "Do you still hate me?"
Linlang pouted, her face full of grievance, and nodded: "Hate, how can I not hate? I love brother Jun Huan deeply, but he doesn't love me, he only loves you."
She wiped away another tear and continued, "Not only do I hate you, I also hate that big yellow dog immensely. But it happened that big yellow dog saved me that day."
Yu Jinshu smiled and said, "Because you are worth saving, I asked Da Huang to save you."
After hearing this, Linlang wanted to cry even more. "You make me want to cry and laugh at the same time."
Yu Jinshu just smiled.
Linlang calmed down for a moment before saying, "You're really brave! The Imperial Guards are waiting for you at Shuiyue Pavilion, yet you still brazenly come to see me."
Yu Jinshu shrugged: "Didn't they not recognize me?"
Linlang nodded: "That's true, you are really amazing, dressing up like this. Fortunately, I hate you so much that I can recognize you even if you turn into ashes." She burst into laughter.
The scene was a bit joyful for a while.
Yu Jinshu became serious: "I came to you because I want you to find someone to take me to see Junzhaizhu."
She knew that Linlang's people had been secretly protecting Jun Huan.
Linlang pouted: "You want to snatch my brother Jun Huan, why should I let someone take you to see him?"
Yu Jinshu smiled and said, "You are a good person because you are righteous."
Linlang glanced at her sideways: "You really know how to say nice things."
She thought about it and nodded, "Okay! Since you let Da Huang save my life, I will agree to your request. But..."
"But what?"
"But aren't you afraid of death? If you're not afraid of death, I'm afraid you'll affect Brother Jun Huan's plan."
"If I were afraid of death, I wouldn't have appeared before the Imperial Guards and come here to find you." Yu Jinshu asked again, "Also, do you think my cleverness will affect your brother Jun Huan?"
Linlang looked at her and smiled, "I think you are so smart that you will not only not affect my brother Jun Huan, but will also be a help to him."
Yu Jinshu smiled and said, "Thank you for trusting me!"
She remembered something and asked again, "Do you know who told the secret that day?"
Linlang's eyes were cold and stern. "We found out yesterday. It was Fu Liu. It's my fault that I drank a little that day and told her in the house that you were the Princess of Jin. She overheard it and then found her lover and had her tell the Emperor of Wei about you."
"Then how do you treat Fu Liu?"
Lin Langsen sneered, "Fu Liu has harmed many girls in the building and killed several people. I sent her to Liu Kaiwang's wife to be punished. If it weren't for her, Liu Kaiwang wouldn't be dead. His wife is a ruthless character and will definitely teach Fu Liu a lesson."
Yu Jinshu thought to himself: Linlang's method is really powerful. I believe Liu Kaiwang's wife will not let Fu Liu die easily.
Linlang went to open the door, called A Miao in, said a few words, and then sent Yu Jinshu away from Shuiyue Pavilion.
