Chapter 120 The Game, A Bond of Glory (Part 7)

Qiao Qiu sighed and nodded; her current operating skills were really too poor.

Watching others play is entertaining, but without the ring providing commentary, she probably wouldn't even understand it.

Qiao Qiu's fighting spirit was rekindled. She logged into her game and fought hard under the guidance of the ring.

Two hours later, it was lunchtime. Qiao Qiu stood up, stretched, and went to the cafeteria for lunch.

After school in the afternoon, Qiao Qiu waited for her art teacher in her car with the air conditioning on. The original Qiao Qiu usually parked here, and the art teacher knew her license plate number. Moreover, her red Beetle was easy to recognize among the cars in this row.

"Knock knock knock..."

Suddenly there was a knock on the car window. Qiao Qiu turned her head and saw a handsome face appear in front of the car window, but his expression wasn't good.

Qiao Qiu rolled down the car window and said expressionlessly, "Is there anything else?"

"Qiao Qiu, what do you mean?" Zhou Nan said angrily.

"What do you mean?" Qiao Qiu didn't think she had done anything wrong. Then she remembered the time she hit his girlfriend in public. She sneered, "You were there when I hit her. What? You didn't react then, but now you're trying to settle scores with me? Zhou Nan, Qiao Qiu must have been blind to have fallen for you."

"Stop talking nonsense. Did you tell the homeroom teacher about our breakup?" Zhou Nan's expression was not good.

Qiao Qiu raised an eyebrow in surprise, looking at him incredulously. "Are you stupid? What does our business have to do with our class teacher? It's perfectly normal for boyfriends and girlfriends to break up and get back together in college. Do I need to report to him?"

Zhou Nan immediately felt much more uncomfortable. "Qiao Qiu, did you... take sleeping pills?"

When he heard the news, he was filled with remorse. If Qiao Qiu had died, he would have been responsible.

Qiao Qiu's expression changed. "Who told you? Your homeroom teacher?"

Before Zhou Nan could speak, Qiao Qiu reached out and turned off the air conditioner, rolled up the car window, got out of the car on the other side, and strode towards the office building.

Zhou Nan walked around the car, caught up with her, and grabbed her arm. "Did you really take sleeping pills?"

Qiao Qiu sneered, "Ridiculous. If I had taken sleeping pills, would I still be standing properly in front of you?"

"This..." Zhou Nan couldn't find the words to refute it. Qiao Qiu standing in front of him was irrefutable proof.

Qiao Qiu brushed his hand away and strode towards the office building. The art teacher should have been the one looking for her, but Zhou Nan came instead. Last night, only the original owner of this body was home alone and took sleeping pills, so how did the homeroom teacher know?

There are too many suspicious points about this matter, and she has to find out the truth.

Qiao Qiu walked quickly and arrived at the office building in no time.

The homeroom teacher's office was the first room on the corner on the first floor. Qiao Qiu knocked on the door and went in. "Excuse me, is Teacher Sun here?"

Qiao Qiu looked around and didn't see the homeroom teacher first, but she saw Gao Meng first. Gao Meng also turned around and looked at her.

His eyes were bright and beautiful, and it seemed like he only had eyes for her. In just that one glance, Qiao Qiu's heart pounded wildly.

"I'm here," Teacher Sun replied.

Qiao Qiu gave a slight wry smile, nodded to Gao Meng as a greeting, and then walked a few steps to Teacher Sun, saying expressionlessly, "Teacher Sun, I have some personal matters to discuss with you. Are you free now?"

Teacher Sun is a man in his thirties, of average appearance and build, but his straightforward and cheerful personality is what makes him stand out.

Teacher Sun thought for a moment, knowing what she wanted to talk about, and nodded: "I have time."

Before Qiao Qiu followed Teacher Sun out, she glanced at the art teacher behind Gao Meng.

Gao Meng glanced at the art teacher but didn't say anything.

Qiao Qiu went outside with Teacher Sun and went to the riverbank. She asked, "Teacher Sun, how did you know I took sleeping pills?"

"I can't tell you," Teacher Sun said with a smile.

"There's nothing more to discuss. Goodbye." Qiao Qiu turned and left.

"Qiao Qiu, wait a minute." Teacher Sun called out to her.

Qiao Qiu stopped in her tracks. "If we don't see eye to eye, there's nothing more to say to you."

“If you have nothing to say, I have something to say to you.” Teacher Sun walked up to her with his hands behind his back and smiled, “You used to be a timid and weak girl who needed protection, but now you’ve become a thorny tree.”

Qiao Qiu didn't say anything, she just glanced at him.

“Although you’re much more reckless than before, I see maturity in your eyes. This time, it really is a case of fortune turning into misfortune.” Teacher Sun said, “Don’t do anything foolish again. How many men would love to pursue a girl like you but can’t get her? Why commit suicide for love?”

"I believe that the fact that I can stand here safely in front of you speaks volumes. Since you refuse to tell me the truth, it's only a matter of time before I find the answer. If possible, please help me keep this a secret from my parents."

"You can still think about them? If you could think about them more before taking the 'medicine,' you wouldn't have taken it." Teacher Sun sighed helplessly.

Qiao Qiu gave a sarcastic smile. The original owner of this body took the "medicine" because she felt that she had no family affection and that even the person she liked most had betrayed her.

What's the use of thinking more? What Qiao Qiu is doing now is just the most ordinary thing that children should do.

"I'm leaving now, goodbye Teacher Sun." Qiao Qiu walked past Teacher Sun and continued on her way.

Teacher Sun turned around and looked at the slender, thin figure in front of her, and couldn't help but feel a little sorry for her.

Qiao Qiu didn't go back to the car. She found a place to sit down, buried her face in her hands, and rubbed her face in annoyance. "Ugh, so annoying."

What's bothering you?

A clear and pleasant voice rang out beside her. Qiao Qiu straightened up immediately and looked to the side. Wasn't that Gao Meng?

What are you doing here?

“I’ve been sitting here for quite a while, you just didn’t see me,” Gao Meng said, looking at her.

Gao Meng's eyes were like obsidian, bright and black. When she looked at Qiao Qiu, Qiao Qiu always felt that there was only her in her eyes.

Qiao Qiu turned her eyes and saw that she was holding sketching supplies. She said, "I'm sorry, did I disturb you?"

"If you really feel like you're bothering me, how about you paint a picture for me?"

"What should I draw?" Qiao Qiu took the drawing board. She knew that once she revealed that she could draw, this person would definitely not let her off the hook.

“Draw me.”

Qiao Qiu turned to look at her, but Gao Meng was looking straight ahead and only gave Qiao Qiu a side profile.

Gao Meng has long, wavy hair, a beautiful profile, slightly upturned lips, a nose that's neither too big nor too small, natural eyebrows, deep and beautiful eyes, and slightly long eyelashes that are just right without appearing too thick.

Gao Meng is the complete opposite of her name; she has the appearance of a girl next door, beautiful, with a slightly aloof temperament.

Qiao Qiu glanced at her once, and the image was completely imprinted in her mind. She twirled the pencil in her hand and began to draw. (For the latest chapters, please visit Tangkexing---Mobile Address:)
