The concubines were unable to refute her words.

She turned to look at Fu Sang and said unhappily, "Consort Liu hasn't learned her lesson in the Cold Palace, and she's already breaking the rules here with me again."
Fu Sang smiled and said, "She was too talkative and lectured me. Throwing her a cup of tea is a light punishment."
Consort Lian was filled with resentment, and tears of grievance streamed down her face.

Fu Sang interrupted, "What do you mean by disregarding etiquette? Isn't food meant to be eaten?"
"Is it wrong for me to eat a few pieces of pastry to fill my stomach?"
Su Ruqiu's face darkened.
A solemn atmosphere permeated the air.

Fu Sang calmly picked up his teacup and took a small sip of tea.
Su Ruqiu, seemingly lost in thought, said, "I'm tired, you may all leave."
"Respectfully seeing off the Empress Dowager." The concubines all bowed.
Fu Sang narrowed his eyes slightly, stood up and walked towards Consort Lian.
Consort Lian instinctively stepped back, only to hastily sit down in the pear blossom chair.
“Consort Lian…” Fu Sang leaned forward slightly, a strange look flashing in his eyes.
"If you have a clear conscience, you have nothing to fear." Have you done anything wrong?
The girl's beautiful pupils were a deep, dark color, like a deep pool.
A chill ran down Consort Lian's spine.
Fu Sang smiled and said, "I'll be leaving now."
Not far from the Longevity Palace.
A man dressed in a magnificent python robe walked towards us.
Fu Sang stopped and said, "You all go back first. I want to walk alone."
