Chapter 80 The Legend of the Dark Knight 20

The straw caught fire, and flames were everywhere.

The prison was destroyed, with broken walls and stones scattered everywhere.

"What a terrifying dragon! Run away!"

"Don't eat me, ah—"

People fled in all directions, their faces filled with terror and fear.

Only the boy stood still, holding the girl.

Hot air was spraying from the dragon's nostrils.

Its enormous body almost blocked out the moonlight.

The dark scales gleamed sharply in the moonlight, giving off a strong sense of oppression.

This enormous dragon.

It appeared in the Kalmar Empire a few years ago.

Legend has it that the paladin slew the dragon with his sword and protected the town.

Unexpectedly, a dragon has appeared once again in the Kalmar Empire.

The soldiers rushed over, spears in hand, and thrust them fiercely at the dragon.

The dragon spread its wings and swept them away fiercely.

A strong wind swept through, blowing the soldiers away, one by one they landed in the distance.

A cool breeze blew by, and the strands of hair that fell beside Fusang's ear brushed against his lips, bringing a slight tickle.

Fu Sang's body trembled slightly.

This dragon doesn't seem to have any intention of harming them?

"Cold?" Cassius leaned down and whispered in her ear.

The warm breath sprayed onto my neck, bringing a strange tingling sensation.

Fu Sang shrank his neck and said, "It's alright."

She glanced at the dragon entangled with the soldiers.

“Cassius, it doesn’t seem to want to hurt us.”

“It can take us away,” Cassius said, a surprising statement.

Fu Sang originally intended to take advantage of the chaos to leave.

Unexpectedly, Cassius said that the dragon could take them away.

"Really?"

"Hmm," Cassius replied casually.

The boy put his arm around her and walked a few steps forward.

The dragon cleared away the obstacles, then lowered its head and peered over.

The monster's head was right in front of us.

Fu Sang's heart tightened, and he almost threw a punch.

Seeing that the girl was a little nervous, Cassius took her soft, white hand in his.

"It lets you touch it."

The boy's fingers had distinct knuckles, each one as smooth as jade, long and beautiful.

He held the girl's hand and let her gently stroke the dragon's head with her fair and slender fingers.

My fingertips touched the dragon's hard skin and felt it was a bit rough.

Upon first seeing the legendary Western dragon, Fusang wanted to touch it again.

Cassius, however, pulled her hand away.

"Your Highness, we should go."

After saying that.

Cassius put his arm around her slender waist and lifted her up in his arms.

As if receiving a command, the dragon slightly lowered its massive body.

The boy's clean hands gripped her waist tightly through the thin fabric, and a warm sensation washed over her.

Fu Sang shifted slightly, feeling a little uneasy.

"Don't move," the boy said, bowing his head.

Fu Sang's long, curled eyelashes trembled slightly as she allowed the boy to hold her tightly and walk toward the side of the demon dragon.

A barely perceptible smile appeared in Cassius's eyes as he easily leaped onto the dragon's back, holding the girl in his arms.

At this moment—

"Halt!" came a cold shout.

Frank arrived riding his magical unicorn, leading a group of knights.

The man's face was cold as he drew his sharp sword.

"Put her down!"

Cassius stood atop the dragon, looking down at the knights below.

"I will protect her."

The boy's calm tone carried a sharp edge.

Fusang didn't want the two allies to fight each other.

The little head peeked out from Cassius's arms and winked at Frank.

Frank seemed to have received an 'instruction'.

His handsome face was cold and stern as he raised his sword and slashed down.

"???"
