Jun Qi hugged Xu Qiaoqiao back. He was very happy to see Xu Qiaoqiao like this. She was warm and it was comfortable to hold her.
The two pandas sat there cuddling for several minutes with this box of apples, until Xu Qiaoqiao finally couldn't stand the cloying affection anymore and stretched out her paw to move the box towards her.
He took an apple out of the bag, wiped it on himself because it had just fallen on the ground and was a little dirty. After wiping it clean, he started to break the apple apart with a snap.

Xu Qiaoqiao handed half of the box of apples to Jun Qi, who took it. They sat there, leaning against each other, and finished the whole box in this quiet environment.
