Three seconds later, the cage opened.
Xu Qiaoqiao walked out with elegant steps. She remembered that her pet owner liked to put snacks in the cabinet under the TV. The dried fish she was given last time was taken from there. She hoped to find some more.
And it had already been opened.
"Meow~"
Just as Xu Qiaoqiao opened the cabinet door, she suddenly heard a cat meow outside. Xu Qiaoqiao paused, wondering why there was a cat meowing tonight.
She suddenly remembered that the dozen or so stray cats she had seen during the day were probably being scolded by their leader, because Xu Qiaoqiao could tell that all the meowing sounds were coming from the same cat.
It has nothing to do with me, I want dried fish.
Xu Qiaoqiao buried herself in searching for dried fish. A few seconds later, the other person seemed to lose patience. His voice became much louder, and he was scratching the glass, making a hissing sound.
This sound is terrifying to hear.
Xu Qiaoqiao couldn't help but shudder. What was going on? She poked her head out from the pile of snacks. The curtains were already drawn, and she couldn't see what was outside.
"Meow?"
She tried calling out.
Sure enough, a meow came from the balcony.
Oh, is this person here to see her?
Xu Qiaoqiao became curious. She walked towards the balcony, quietly slipped out through the curtains, and saw the tabby cat standing in the moonlight.
His agile figure was imposing and majestic. Although he was only slightly larger than her, his aura was so imposing. His maple-colored eyes held a hint of pride as he smiled at the white kitten and let out a soft meow.
I've found you, little kitty.
