Qingshi Town.
At the roadside noodle stall, Lin Yu finished the last two bowls of noodles and felt a little full.
He put down his bowl and sat down to relax. Seeing this, the noodle shop owner came over and said, "Sir, please keep the extra change from the girl who just paid."
After saying that, he handed him a few copper coins and turned around to clear the dishes on the table.

She turned to the remaining three and said, "Stay here and wait for them to come back with the carriage. Then move the food onto the carriage and wait for me."
"Yes!" the three responded.
After Wang Miaomiao finished speaking, she turned her head to look at Lin Yu and said to him, "Mr. Lin, come out with me again."
Lin Yu nodded when he heard that and followed her out. The two of them walked out of the house, turned a few streets in a hurry, and arrived in front of a drugstore. Wang Miaomiao walked in.
In the small pharmacy was an acquaintance, her cousin Wang Qing.
Wang Qing was pounding herbs with a pestle behind the medicine cabinet. When he heard footsteps, he looked up and saw Wang Miaomiao and a young man coming in.
He looked a little surprised, glanced at Lin Yu, who seemed a little unfamiliar behind Wang Miaomiao, and asked.
"Erya, why are you here?"
"Cousin Qing."
Wang Miaomiao greeted him, and seeing his gaze, she turned and introduced him, "Cousin, this is Lin Yu, the son of Mr. Lin from the village."

She planned to resolve the hidden dangers in the village as soon as possible, settle the villagers, and then bring Mr. Lin to the town for medical treatment.
Lin Yu, who was standing by, heard this and understood her concerns but said nothing.
Seeing this, Wang Qing stopped trying to persuade them. He listened to the two describe their symptoms in detail, then turned around, grabbed two prescriptions, and handed them to Wang Miaomiao through the medicine cabinet.
Wang Miaomiao paid for the medicine and before leaving, she warned, "Cousin Qing, things have been a bit turbulent in town lately. You and your second uncle should be careful."
Wang Qing smiled upon hearing this and said, "I understand."
Wang Miaomiao didn't know how much her cousin had heard, so she didn't mention it again. After saying hello with the medicine bag, she turned around and walked out with Lin Yu.
"Mr. Lin is having trouble staying in the mountains right now, so he should try the medicine my cousin prescribed. When he feels better after a while, I'll bring him down the mountain to see a doctor."
Wang Miaomiao slowed down her pace as she walked down the street. When Lin Yu came over, she took the initiative to mention Lin Xiucai's illness and began to explain her behavior.

In front of the courtyard, there was a large and crude carriage parked.
A tall and thin man was sitting on the carriage frame. When he saw the two people coming towards him, his eyes lit up and he said, "Leader, you're back?"
Hearing this, Wang Miaomiao walked over, glanced at the carriage and asked, "Shuanzi, has all the food been loaded onto the carriage? Where are the others?"
