After Yun Ranran regained control of her body, the first thing she felt was the soreness and numbness in her arms. She couldn't help but let out a cry of pain, and the two plates of food she was holding trembled.
She bit her lip to maintain her balance, placed the dish in her hand on the empty dining table, and then raised her hand to massage her arm, adapting to the constant numbness and soreness.
"Miao Miao, thank you for your hard work." Yun Ranran said softly.
She felt the numbness in her arms and truly realized how much Miaomiao had helped her in the afternoon. She said this to express her gratitude from the bottom of her heart.
Hearing this, Tian Miaomiao just smiled and said, "I didn't put in much effort. I borrowed your body and wasted your energy. If you want to thank me, go eat something and thank yourself."
Yun Ranran knew that this meant that she shouldn't worry about it, so she just silently took note of it in her heart and didn't say anything else.
In the restaurant, the warm white lights are particularly bright.
The guests at several tables were eating by themselves, only Yunchen was sitting alone on a chair next to the counter, reading a storybook obediently without moving or saying a word.
Yun Ranran put the dishes and chopsticks in place, walked over and said, "Chenchen, come and eat."
She originally wanted to carry Yunchen down, but when she raised her arms, they felt sore and numb, so she put her arms down and just held Yunchen's hand, letting him get down by himself.
Yun Chen didn't notice this little action.
He was young and could not stand being hungry, so when he heard his sister calling him to eat, he followed her and started eating without her urging him.
Tian Miaomiao is a good cook, and the brother and sister finished both dishes in no time.
After they finished eating, the last few customers in the restaurant also finished their meal and left. Yun Ranran cleaned up a bit, put the pork rib soup from the kitchen into the thermos, and called her father.
“Beep, beep…”
The phone rang a few times and was finally connected.
