The trust, respect and love of the past seemed to have vanished into thin air.
He was like a fool living in a scam.
Jun Moxie suddenly looked up at the sky and sneered.
He stared at Xu Jinyi intently, his eyes becoming crazy, his voice hoarse: "Yijin, are you willing to stay with me?"
"Or are you approaching me for some purpose?"
"Are you sincere in what you are doing now, or are you trying to deceive my trust?"
Xu Jinyi knew that the wall of trust in his heart was collapsing bit by bit, and knew how cowardly and sad he was at this moment.
So Xu Jinyi looked at him with a firm tone, without any doubt: "Following Your Highness, I have only one purpose from beginning to end, and that is to be loyal to you and never betray you."
"Whatever Your Highness desires, thinks of, or wants, I will go through fire and water to get it for you."
"No matter how bumpy the road ahead is, I will always be here."
Jun Moxie stared at him, the crazy emotions in his eyes almost turning into reality.
"I always thought that my father and I were just like ordinary father and son. He trusted me and loved me."
"I didn't expect that all of this was a lie. Those who just attacked were the guards assigned to me by my father before I set out."
"They only obey the emperor's orders. It's my father who wants to kill me. It's my beloved father who wants to kill me."
As he spoke, Jun Moxie sat on the ground, his eyes confused and sarcastic.
"I have never thought of seizing the throne. I have tried my best to do my best in everything, just to satisfy my father."
"But I forgot that emperors have always been suspicious. I threatened him."
Xu Jinyi didn't know how to comfort him, so she just sat next to him.
Jun Moxie continued, "Can I still go back? How should I face him after I go back?"
"My most trusted and beloved father wants to kill me. How should I face him?"
Xu Jinyi snorted, "Of course we have to go back. It's a tooth for a tooth, revenge for revenge. If you don't go back, wouldn't that be fulfilling their wish?"
"To take revenge on those who harmed us is painful. How can we be cowards?"
"Besides, aren't they afraid that you'll seize the throne? Then why don't you try and seize it? Make their fears come true and piss them off to death."
Xu Jinyi clenched his fists and spoke with gritted teeth, as if he was talking about himself.
