Extra <1> Zhou Xian's Growth Diary

When the lights were turned off at night, Jiang Ling touched his waist and asked, "Is your waist tired?"

Zhou Jing'an smiled and took her into his arms, "I'm tired. It hurts so much that I can't stand up straight. Ling'er, give me a massage. Once you do that, the pain will go away."

"I'll rub it for you too." He touched her slender waist and rubbed it again and again.

After an autumn rain, the weather gradually became colder. Zhou Xian was already ten months old.

Jiang Ling held him and played with him on the soft couch in the room, while Zhou Jing'an peeled grapes for her to eat. Each grape was crystal clear and tasted sweet and sour.

He took one and waved it in front of Zhou Xian, teasing him: "Do you want to eat it?"

Seeing him waving his arms, both of them laughed.

Just as Jiang Ling was about to feed the grape into her mouth, the little guy suddenly said, "Hmm... Um... Mom."

The two were stunned and didn't react for a moment.

After exchanging a glance, Jiang Ling asked in surprise, "Did he just call me mom?"

Zhou Jing'an also laughed and nodded, "Yes, I heard it."

"Oh, dear son, come here, call me mom again." Jiang Ling smiled with curved eyebrows and lifted Zhou Xian to kiss his little face.

Zhou Jingan came over and said, "There's me too. Call me, I'm your daddy."

The two adults were so happy that they almost danced with joy because of the little guy's words.

When Zhou Xian was one year old, his family held a birthday party and invited the Jiang family to celebrate with him.

The little guy was very smart and could learn things easily. At this time, he could already say words like "Dad, Mom, Grandparents, Aunt". Jiang Yi was secretly unhappy, "Why haven't you learned to call uncle yet?"

Jiang Ling caught him red-handed, and with a sly smile, he placed Zhou Xian in his arms. "Your uncle, hold him a little longer. He doesn't even recognize you, so how can he call you?"

Zhou Xian turned his big eyes to look at him, Jiang Yi grinned, "Come, call me uncle." He hugged him and didn't want to let go.

Su Wantang watched from the side and laughed, "Your brother likes children very much."

Jiang Ling looked at her with a smile, "How are you doing?"

She now asked Fang Juexia to take care of her body, hoping to make her less fragile.

"It's okay. I'm much better than before and I get sick less often." Su Wantang smiled lightly. "But my legs are still the same. Doctor Fang said it's the root of the disease I got back then. It can't be cured. I can only rest and recuperate. I can't get cold or hurt. That's why your brother won't let me walk much now."

A trace of shame appeared on her face, and she whispered, "You always want to hug me, as if I were really that fragile."

Jiang Ling smiled brightly and winked playfully, "My brother just doesn't want you to suffer."

She looked at Jiang Yi's smiling face and teased her quietly, "I think you and my brother should have a child someday, so that he doesn't have to keep holding my son."

"Ling'er!" Su Wantang blushed and turned away, ignoring her. Jiang Ling covered her mouth and laughed.

When Zhou Xian was one year and two months old, he was already able to walk and followed Jiang Ling around all day like a little follower.

Sometimes he would trip and fall to the ground, and his eyes would start to shed tears. Jiang Ling would quickly pick him up and comfort him.

Zhou Jing'an saw it several times and found clues.

"If you don't look at him, he won't cry."

He asked Jiang Ling to hide, and the two of them hid in the house, watching him walking alone in the yard through the crack in the door, and asked Zizhen, Xiaojia and Ye Song to hide as well.

Zhou Xian looked around but didn't see anyone. He was anxious to find Jiang Ling, shouting "Mom" and fell to the ground.

He looked up from where he was lying, but saw no one. The tears that had just emerged paused, then he held them back and stood up with great effort.

The two looked at each other, and Jiang Ling smiled, "It's true, the little guy is quite good at acting."

Zhou Jing'an collected a bunch of toys and kept them with Zhou Xian until he was two years old.

He took good care of his box of toys, and later on, he hid all the toys that other people bought for him in his house, like they were treasures that he would not let anyone touch easily.

When he turned two, Zhou Xian became more and more fond of talking to people.

The little mouth chatters non-stop from morning to night, and sometimes Jiang Ling gets a headache just listening to it.

Seeing that Jiang Ling was very annoyed, Zhou Jing'an picked him up and handed him over to Ye Song.

"Go talk to your Uncle Ye Song. He loves to talk, and you two would be a good match."

Zhou Xian was still a little dissatisfied with being left here. He turned around and saw Ye Song approaching with a grin, "Young Master, talk to your subordinates. I love to talk."

Later, he saw Zhou Jing'an taking care of the flowers and plants in the small garden, and wanted to go over and join in the fun.

Zhou Jingan asked him, "Have you memorized the ancient poems I taught you?"

Zhou Xian was suddenly asked a question. He stood still and recited it fluently. Zhou Jing'an smiled and handed him a small shovel. "Be careful. If you get hurt, your mother will be heartbroken."

"I understand, Dad." He happily stood beside him and imitated him to cultivate the soil.

The children of the Zhou family all started their education early. Zhou Xian entered the palace early to attend classes with Feng Yi. The two little guys were cousins and had a good relationship like real brothers. Sometimes they didn't want to separate after class and just played in Fengyi Palace, which annoyed Hua Xu. The three of them always had to chase and fight with each other.

Zhou Xian had just celebrated his third birthday when Cheng An gave birth to a lovely and well-behaved daughter. When he went to visit her with Jiang Ling, he leaned over the small wooden bed and poked his head to look at her.

"Mom, she is so small." He stared at the sleeping baby inside.

Jiang Ling smiled and said to him, "You grew up this small too. She is your little sister. You have to play with her and protect her. Do you understand?"
