Chapter 381 A random employee of Marvel Stark Industries 5

Seeing this, Jiang Yue took out her phone to check. Fortunately, there were no notifications. She then called her aunt, and thankfully, everyone was alright. After hanging up, Jiang Yue looked at the onlookers around her. "Still watching? They almost got killed!"

After this incident, Jiang Yue and the others left work early. It was no use not wanting to leave, as the power supply in the park was completely cut off. The explosion seemed to have damaged the backup power supply as well. Afterwards, some people wanted to go and see what had happened, but the area had already been protected by a group of men in black. Soon after, the military and the media arrived.

After returning home, Jiang Yue browsed the news, thinking to herself that she would start making money in the stock market from tomorrow. The next morning, Jiang Yue and the others gathered in the conference room again, and the familiar live streaming equipment was already turned on. After a bunch of nonsense at the beginning, the superhero era finally began:

"The fact is:..."

"I am Iron Man."

As reporters frantically took photos during the live broadcast, cheers resounded throughout the building where Jiang Yue was located. As Jiang Yue had expected, after the commotion subsided, Stark Industries' stock doubled in a short period of time and continued to rise every day. With the announcement of Arc Reactor Technology, it doubled again.

Jiang Yue only made small amounts of money; Tony made a lot more. When the weapons research and development department was abandoned, many people sold their stocks. The military and major shareholders also reduced their holdings. Guess who bought them all? Jiang Yue's aunt had Jiang Yue's reminder and bought a lot during the downturn. If she had dared to go all in back then, she would be financially independent now.

When Jiang Yue went out to eat, her aunt complained that she was too timid. But that was hindsight, and it was too late to say anything now. Now that she had money, Jiang Yue rented a house near the company. She wasn't in a hurry to buy a house. Wouldn't it be foolish to buy one now? After a few wars, the housing prices would definitely plummet. It wouldn't be too late to buy one then.

Six months later, on May 8th.

Today, Tony attended the Senate's "Armed Armor Defense Program Hearing." Everyone knows what this meeting is about; the main purpose is to get Tony to hand over his armor. In the end, Tony got nothing, and the video of Hammer Industries' failed experiment was played in court, causing the big boss to lose face. Of course, Jiang Yue made a quick profit, but that's not worth mentioning.

On May 12th, Tony appointed Pepper as the new Chairman and CEO of Stark Industries. These major events had nothing to do with Jiang Yue; she was currently in her office working on algorithms. Over the past year, Jiang Yue's achievements were evident, and now even the big boss knew of her, or at least knew her name, and might even remember her someday.

This year has been full of disasters. Before May was even over, Tony was attacked by Ivan. Jiang Yue didn't take this opportunity to get the blueprints for the Arc Reactor because she could make that herself. What she wanted was the synthesis method for the new element, but that thing was currently sitting at S.H.I.E.L.D. She'd see how it went and get it if she could, otherwise, oh well.

Jiang Yue originally wanted to cultivate, but no usable energy source could be found on the entire Earth. Unless she borrowed energy like a mage, she would have to use up the Wizard Tower's energy reserves. After thinking about it, Jiang Yue decided against it. The conversion efficiency of electricity was too low, and she was afraid that the noise would be too loud and she would be discovered. In the end, she only did some simple training and stopped practicing when she reached the level of a special forces soldier.

Because of what happened last time, Jiang Yue realized the inconvenience of not having Bai Ze, so she created a simple artificial intelligence. Calling it artificial intelligence is more like calling it artificial stupidity. Although its intelligence level is not high, it is enough to collect information for Jiang Yue. Based on this function, Jiang Yue created an app, added an early warning function, and installed it on her aunt's family's phones and in their cars.

After the disastrous May, June arrived. After get off work, Jiang Yue drove her new energy electric car back to her rented apartment. It was only half an hour away from the company, or a few minutes faster by car. The distance wasn't the main issue; the main issue was that the apartments were far apart, and there was a fairly large basement, which made it convenient for Jiang Yue to do her research.

It's normal for a top student like her to have her own lab, right? After returning home, Jiang Yue ate dinner and went to the basement to check the news in New Mexico. It seems that S.H.I.E.L.D. is keeping the news under tight control. Lying on the chair, Jiang Yue sorted out the events of the month. There wasn't much to worry about because many things didn't affect her. The only thing she needed to pay attention to was the Hulk incident.

Watching the fights in the movie is so exciting, but in reality, Jiang Yue, who might get caught in the crossfire and die one day, is not happy at all. There are still many things on Earth that she is interested in that she hasn't finished collecting. Take Pym particles, for example, she can't get them at all. The production method is not stored in the outside world. It is probably in people's brains. Unless Jiang Yue directly reads the memories, she can forget about it.

Jiang Yue has completed the replication of the vibranium she acquired some time ago. However, space in her space is limited, so she only made a few sets of clothes and did not continue her research. As long as she does not take out the acquired technology, no one can find her unless the bald guy is bored and observes the fate of every Earthling.

Otherwise, given Jiang Yue's approach of not getting involved in the main storyline, the risk of exposure would be very small. However, Jiang Yue still wanted to study the six gems. Too many people were eyeing them, so she decided to leave it for last. If she was discovered, she could simply run away.

Just as Jiang Yue was planning when to build a spaceship to explore the universe, 8888 popped up again after a long absence.

"8888, what did you say? Superman has come to Marvel?"

"Not Superman, but a system transmigrator with a Superman template."

"What's the difference? He's already Superman, isn't that enough?"

"...You can say that if you want, but in short, this mission might take a while, so you need to be prepared."

"Does cultivating immortality take a long time?"

"No."

"So what do you want to say? By the way, is his system a wild one? Can we take advantage of it?"

"You're overthinking it. He's a legitimate time traveler."

"Hey, then why are you telling me this? It has nothing to do with us."

"Who said that? In terms you can understand, it means that the secrets of heaven have fallen into chaos, and others can no longer observe the timeline."

"oh."

"Why are you unhappy? Haven't you always been wary of this, and never dared to cause any trouble?"

"Yeah, so what? The bald guy can't see the future, but can't others see the present? Guess whether these people are even being watched? After all, they are all chosen ones."

"So I still can't get involved. Are there any good things in the Marvel universe that come out of nowhere? They all have nothing to do with them. So if this transmigrator is a troublemaker, it will only make my plans more difficult to achieve. Overall, it's more harmful than beneficial."
