Extra 5: The Robot's Mission
The happy vacation soon ended, and Chu Yun started his high school life. In high school, students had to live on campus and could not go to school as a day student. They had a vacation once every two weeks. When 001 learned the news, a crack appeared on his mechanical face.
"Master, let's go to Sky Blue Star to study."
Students from Tianlanxing don’t have to live on campus.
Chu Yun ignored its reckless thinking and prepared the things he needed for accommodation. He was actually a little nervous in his heart. Robots are very clingy, especially 001.
"You can come to see me at school. It's not like we won't be able to see each other again."
001 wanted to refute, because it really "can't see" the owner. It spends about 9 hours with its owner every day, and 23 hours on vacation, excluding the time for bathing and going to the toilet.
But if the owner lives in the house during school hours, the time he spends with the owner will be reduced to zero.

The childish voice no longer appeared. 001 sat alone in the bedroom, staring at the photos on the wall.
After a while, the door was pushed open.
"001? Why aren't you in hibernation yet? Aren't you going to recharge today?"
Chu's mother usually never asks about 001. Before school started, Chu Yun specifically told her that 001 should be obedient and not stand outside the school all day.
So she had no idea that 001 didn't need to charge and sleep now.
"I want to find my master."
Chu's mother turned on the light and saw a big robot sitting on the bed, curled up with his legs hugged, and Chu Yun's pillow in his arms.
I knew 001 was clingy, but I didn't expect him to be this clingy. Chu Yun's advice was right.
"He must be asleep by now. Besides, he can't get into school."
These 001s knew, he understood.
"I can do it outside of school."
Just knowing that the owner is close to him is better than sitting alone in the bedroom looking at photos.
Chu Mu didn't understand why her robot was so emotional. Wang Dayong's robot was not like that.
"It's too late. Yunyun will be worried if you go. Let's go tomorrow. You can see the playground from outside the railing. Yunyun is doing military training there."
After hearing this, 001 lay on the bed with his eyes closed as if the computer had frozen, and he didn't move or say a word.
Chu Mu sighed and closed the door.
Just like a child, he becomes more and more noisy day by day.
The next morning, Chu Yun hurriedly washed up as the wake-up call sounded. Without 001's care, he seemed dazed and didn't know whether to change clothes or brush his teeth first. Fortunately, his roommates were very kind and asked Chu Yun to go wash up first.
After that, they ran to the playground to gather. It was dawn, and Chu Yun rubbed his eyes and stood in line. He raised his eyes and glanced outside the railing, then his eyes widened and all his sleepiness disappeared.
“001?!”
001 just stood there where it could see the beginning of the clouds. Like before, its tall body was covered in dew. It was unknown how long it had been there.
“Stand at attention now! Don’t look around!”
Chu Yun was frightened and didn't dare to look in the direction of 001. He stood up straight.
We spent the whole morning learning how to stand, squat, and turn. If even one person didn't do any of the movements correctly, we would have to add extra time.
Chu Yun was in great pain. The sun was high in the sky and he didn't want to be the one who held everyone back.
Beads of sweat flowed down his forehead, hitting the ground and evaporating.
"Okay, rest here for ten minutes!"
Chu Yun breathed a sigh of relief, and when he looked out the railing again, 001 was gone.
Chu Yun was a little angry. 001 was disobedient again and must have come very early, but he could do nothing about it. 001 was sometimes very stubborn.
When it was almost time for lunch at noon, the class monitor came to call him and said that his parents had come to give him something. They were right at the gate. Chu Yun scratched his head and was still wondering why his parents had come.
When I got to the door, I found out it was still 001.
"Master, I brought you some sweet soup from your favorite place, as well as some cooling patches and Huoxiang Zhengqi water. You look so pale, you might not make it through the afternoon if you don't ask for leave."
Chu Yun took the sugar water. He had just finished military training and his mouth was dry. He wanted to drink something cool, but that was not the main point.
"Didn't I tell you to come over on Sunday? Overworking yourself like this will... become unhealthy."
Chu Yun knew that robots would not get tired, but their service life would be shortened due to busy work. He was reluctant to say this word as it would hurt 001 and himself.
"Ms. Wang said I could come today."
Although Chu Yun didn't know why his mother agreed to let 001 come, he waved his hand and asked 001 to go home.
"Then don't come next time. Go home and read. Have you finished building the Lego set I gave you?"
Chu Yun bought the largest and most complicated Lego set to help 001 pass the time, so that he wouldn't be too idle all day and just think about looking for her.
"I've finished it. It's so easy. I finished it in 30 minutes."

001 was driven away again. He watched his master walking away with the sugar water. Suddenly, the man turned his head back and opened and closed his mouth.
001 understands.
