As the emperor spoke, he suddenly turned his head to look at her.
The light streaming in from outside the dungeon shone on half of his face, making his pupils glow with a golden light that was so warm and captivating.
"I don't want Li'er to lie to me, nor do I want to hear an answer that will displease me, so I won't ask. I know what Li'er is thinking."
