As soon as I went out, I ran into Aunt Xu from next door. "Sister, I haven't seen you for several days."
"I haven't been feeling well these past two days, so I'm resting at home." Bei Yutang said with a smile.
Aunt Xu looked at her and asked, "Are you feeling better now?"
"Much better."
Aunt Xu watched her walk out and couldn't help asking, "It's getting dark now, where are you going?"
"The child hasn't come back yet. I'll go check on him."
Aunt Xu heard that she was going to pick up the child, so she didn't delay her any longer and said, "Then go quickly."
After Bei Yutang walked out of the alley, he headed towards the school.
When we got there, we found the classroom was pitch black and there were no lights on, which meant there was no one inside. Since there was no one, that meant Xiao Mo'er wasn't there.
Bei Yutang understood Xiao Moer's character. He would never run away to play elsewhere unless something happened.
Bei Yutang was very worried. He looked around and found a pancake shop near the school.
"Excuse me, Madam, I'd like to ask when the classes at Master Zhang's school end?"
The lady still had some impression of Bei Yutang, "Are you here to pick up your child?"
"Yes, yes." Bei Yutang nodded in response.
"Your child seems to be sick. Master Zhang is taking him to see a doctor. I think he went to the pharmacy on the next street." said the old lady.
"Thank you, Auntie."
Bei Yutang followed her instructions and found the medicine shop. As soon as she entered, she glanced around the shop.
A waiter came forward and asked, "Madam, what medicine would you like to get?"
"Did Master Zhang bring a child here for medical treatment just now?" Bei Yutang asked.
The clerk shook his head. "No. I think he went to another pharmacy."
After thanking them, Bei Yutang began to search the nearby pharmacies. After searching every shop, no one saw any trace of Master Zhang and Xiao Mo'er. This made Bei Yutang alert and he had a bad premonition.
Bei Yutang hurried back to the school where Master Zhang was. The lady selling sesame cakes was very surprised to see her returning alone.
"You haven't found your baby yet?"
"Yes. I didn't see it."
"Then they shouldn't go to that pharmacy. You can go to other pharmacies to have a look." The pancake lady suggested.
Bei Yutang asked, "Auntie, I'd like to ask where Master Zhang's home is?"
The lady who made the pancakes was stunned. After thinking for a long time, she still couldn't remember.
"Strange, I don't seem to know where his home is?"
The sesame cake lady thought she was very familiar with him, but now she realized that she didn't even know where Master Zhang lived.

She pushed the door open and entered the classroom. Inside, there were rows of tables and chairs, clean and neatly arranged.
