The leading yamen runner looked at Bei Yutang.
"You are Mu Zhitao, right?" asked the bailiff.
"Yes, I am." Bei Yutang stood up.
An Ye and Dai Xiang stood up and looked at them warily.
The bailiff said coldly, "You are suspected of murdering Zhang Laosan's family. Take him away."
As they spoke, two yamen runners stepped forward, attempting to tie up Bei Yutang. An Ye stood in front of her, his sword pointed at the two runners.
The leading bailiff's expression changed, "What? You still want to resist arrest?"
Bei Yutang placed his hand on Anye's and pressed his hand down, "I'll go with you."
"Sister Mu." Dai Xiang stepped forward to stop Bei Yutang and turned to look at the yamen runners. "You must have made a mistake. Sister Mu couldn't have killed anyone."
