Bodyguard Villain's Heiress 5

Ahan's eyes widened, her pupils contracted, and her whole body stiffened. However, she still didn't forget to hold Wan Ge tightly to prevent her from falling to the ground.

After Wan Ge finished kissing him, she wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned quietly against him, but her eyes reddened and tears started falling one by one.

"Miss, what's wrong?" Why did she drink so much? Why is she crying?

Wan Ge looked up at him, her mind clouded, her beautiful eyes filled with a dazed and confused state. Seeing his face, she immediately felt wronged: "Ahan, why won't you take me with you? I don't want to marry him, please take me with you!"

Ahan placed her on the bed, tucked her in, and didn't answer her question, only saying softly, "It's getting late, Miss, you should go to sleep..."

Wan Ge didn't say anything more, quietly closed her eyes, and simply turned around.

Ahan tidied the blankets again and then left Wan Ge's room.

The moment the door closed, Wan Ge opened her eyes. There was no trace of confusion in her eyes, and she didn't seem drunk at all.

Ahan closed the door, but leaned against it. He didn't know why his heart was beating so fast. For a moment, he really wanted to take the person away without hesitation.

But he couldn't do that, he couldn't...

"I'm sorry..." Ahan lowered her head and softly uttered these three words.

"Ahan, why aren't you wearing a mask?"

Ahan looked at Mr. Shu who suddenly appeared in front of her and immediately stood up straight: "Miss was drunk. When I helped her back to her room, she tore it off."

"Drunk? How is she now?" Upon hearing this, Mr. Shu grasped the doorknob, intending to go in and check on his daughter.

But then Ahan's voice rang out again: "Miss is asleep now and is resting."

"Alright then." Mr. Shu withdrew his hand again without opening the door. He turned to look at Ahan in front of him and said, "Remember to wear your mask properly."

Such a handsome man staying with his daughter for an extended period might be a problem.

"Yes," Ahan obediently replied.

The next morning, when Wan Ge got up, she didn't see A Han. When she went downstairs, she saw Mr. Shu sitting on the sofa reading the newspaper, with a man in black standing behind him.

After hearing the noise, Mr. Shu put down the newspaper in his hand, then looked up at Wan Ge in front of him: "Wan Ge, get up. I asked the kitchen to make you some hangover soup. Also, let me tell you, the man standing next to me now is your new bodyguard. He will be by your side to protect you from now on."

Wan Ge clenched her fist at her side, and calmly asked Mr. Shu in front of her, "Where did Ahan go?"

Mr. Shu immediately replied, "I reassigned him to another task. You care about him a lot?"

Did Ahan reveal her identity a long time ago? Did I personally hand my daughter over to Ahan?

"No, it's just that I've only just gotten to know him, and now I have to get to know someone else all over again. I don't really like that." Wan Ge knew very well that she couldn't admit to liking A Han right now, otherwise there was a very high chance that she would never see the villain again.

The system's capabilities are also limited, and it cannot guarantee 100% that it can find the person. Therefore, the only thing Wan Ge can do now is to keep Mr. Shu calm and prevent him from having any doubts.
