Chapter 393 The Insecure Cross-dressing Villain 11

Hearing Wan Ge say that, Ye Qi breathed a sigh of relief and then replied with a smile, "Okay."

He would be extremely happy and willing, as long as Wan Ge likes it.

That evening, it started raining heavily outside. Wan Ge was still dealing with work matters. It seemed she couldn't relax at all; she needed to seriously consider whether her employees were truly capable.

When Wan Ge came out of the room, she found someone standing outside.

Ye Qi had already finished showering, but was still dressed as a woman. However, her makeup was no longer the extremely delicate and feminine look; she was wearing a nightgown, and when she came out, someone carrying a pillow approached her.

Listening to the sound of rain outside, Wan Ge realized that Ye Qi might be a little scared. "Little Qi, are you scared? It's okay, I'm here with you."

As she said this, Wan Ge reached out her hand to him, until Ye Qi tightly grasped her hand in return.

Because the other person was afraid, Wan Ge naturally took them back to her room.

Ye Qi was unaware of anything and lay quietly beside her. He had been scared and nervous, but soon fell asleep next to her.

After Ye Qi fell asleep, Wan Ge saw his phone light up. When she opened it, she found that it was a message from his parents.

They were probably a little nervous because Ye Qi hadn't replied to their messages all day, so they called him.

Wan Ge noticed that they seemed quite anxious, even though they had been ignoring him not long ago.

Ye Qi seemed to hear a noise, so he opened his eyes and found Wan Ge holding his phone.

Wan Ge handed the phone back to the other person: "It's a call from your mother."

Ye Qi took the phone, then seemed to remember something, stood up, and went outside.

Wan Ge knew the other person didn't want her to hear, so she didn't follow and stayed quietly in the room.

Ye Qi spoke first, addressing the person on the other end of the line as "Mom."

Mrs. Ye saw that her son had finally answered the phone: "Xiao Qi, what are you doing? Why aren't you replying to messages or answering the phone?"

Ye Qi glanced at Wan Ge in the room, and for some reason didn't want to tell them, "I was out playing and didn't check my phone."

Because he was with Wan Ge, Ye Qi made sure to put his phone on silent, so no one could call him.

When she heard this answer on the phone, she gave a soft "oh" and then immediately said, "As long as I know Xiao Qi is safe, that's good. If anything happens, call Mom again. I won't bother you anymore."

Ye Qi hummed in agreement, said goodbye to her mother, and then hung up the phone.

When Ye Qi returned to his room, he found that Wan Ge was still quietly waiting for him to come back.

He obediently lay back down next to Wan Ge, seemingly not finding anything wrong with it.

Wan Ge welcomed him warmly, and the two of them fell asleep peacefully, listening to the sound of rain outside the window.

Although they never explicitly stated their relationship, they had already considered each other as lovers.

Wan Ge was still extremely busy with work, but Ye Qi was a bit bolder, daring to appear at her company and take the initiative to find her.

No one else knew who Ye Qi was; they only knew she was the president's friend, a very, very beautiful young lady.
