The Prince's Villainous Fiancée (16)

"Okay." Mo Yan turned around and kissed her, his expression a mixture of shyness and timidity, but mostly joy.

Wan Ge noticed his little secret, so she cupped his cheeks and kissed him again.

Mo Yan originally had many questions he wanted to ask, such as Wan Ge's relationship with the Crown Prince and whether Wan Ge truly loved him.

But in that instant, he felt indifferent. Regardless of whether Wan Ge was in love with the Crown Prince or not, as long as she said she liked him now and that he was the only one for her in the future, that was enough.

The next day, Mo Yan did the same thing as the day before: after hunting, he went down the mountain to change his things.

He never expected to meet Wan Ge in the small town.

Wan Ge, wearing the clothes he bought yesterday and with her face veiled, walked past him.

He was certain that the person was Wan Ge; how could he possibly mistake his lover for someone else?

But why is Wan Ge here? Could it be...?

A thought suddenly popped into Mo Yan's mind: Wan Ge wanted to leave him. All those things she said about liking him and wanting to be with him forever were lies.

Because he believed her, he didn't restrain Wan Ge at all; it was too easy for her to leave.

Mo Yan held on tightly, and in the end, he simply followed behind Wan Ge without making a sound.

Even if she wanted to leave, Mo Yan had to protect her safety. Wan Ge was just a weak woman; she wouldn't have the ability to handle any danger she might encounter.

However, in the end, Mo Yan discovered that Wan Ge had taken the road back up the mountain.

Wan Ge was halfway there when she felt that familiar gaze fixed on her again. So she stopped and asked, "Who is it?"

I had a strange feeling while I was at the market that I was being watched, and whenever I tried to grab the person, they would hide again.

I never expected to follow him all this way, but I still haven't managed to catch him.

As soon as Wan Ge finished speaking, a figure appeared in front of her.

Seeing the familiar face, Wan Ge breathed a sigh of relief, quickened her pace, and ran straight to her lover, hugging Mo Yan tightly: "Brother Mo Yan, you scared me to death! I thought someone had been following me."

"Wange, what did you do?" Mo Yan touched her head, suddenly not understanding what Wange had done.

I thought she was going to run away, but she didn't.

Wan Ge took out a money bag: "I sold some things I didn't need, got some money, and then did some more trading and made some more money."

"What...are you going to do?" Is Wan Ge short of money?

Wan Ge shook her head: "I just don't want Brother Ayan to work so hard. If we have money, Brother Ayan won't need to go hunting so early every day, and he'll have more time to spend with me."

Mo Yan felt her heart was about to jump out of her chest. How could Wan Ge be so kind? "I'm sorry you had to suffer."

"I'm not suffering. Being with Brother Ayan makes everything I do joyful."

Mo Yan held the person tightly, and all the words were contained in that embrace.

The bright moon shines, and the Milky Way is dazzling.

Mo Yan stood under the pine tree, and behind him knelt a person: "Master."

"How is the situation in the court?" Mo Yanwen asked slowly, his voice hoarse, his expression cool but without any displeasure.

The man in black behind him immediately replied, "His Majesty is still looking for you. The town at the foot of the mountain should be the site of a second search tomorrow."

"Hmm," Mo Yan responded, then asked, "You weren't discovered, were you?"
