The Bodyguard Villain's Heiress 23

"Go ahead." Mr. Shu spread his hands, indicating that Ahan could do whatever she wanted.

Ahan grasped Wan Ge's hand. Wan Ge glanced at Ahan, then at Mr. Shu, her face showing no struggle. She simply asked calmly, "I want to ask you, have you ever, even for a moment, considered me your daughter?"

Wan Ge already knew the answer in her heart, but seeing Mr. Shu make a deal with A Han on the spot, she still felt the pain in the original owner's heart, so she asked this question.

What Wan Ge wanted was never any other answer, but simply for this body to give up completely.

Mr. Shu looked at her with a calm and distant gaze, no longer the little girl who was two or three years old and full of expectations for him. He just didn't expect that she would still have expectations now.

Although Mr. Shu remained silent, his reaction gave Wan Ge a reason to give up completely.

Wan Ge simply hummed softly, then followed A Han without turning her head.

In the car, Wange asked Ahan directly, "What deal did you make with him? What were the stakes?"

"It's just a real estate project," Ahan said in a particularly relaxed tone.

"For him to agree so readily, this real estate project must be quite extraordinary, right?" Wan Ge still felt that things weren't that simple.

Ahan knew there was no need to hide it; Wange would find out sooner or later anyway. To avoid future conflicts, after much hesitation, Ahan told the truth.

When Wan Ge heard the name of that real estate project, she almost exploded.

Although Wan Ge doesn't care about money, after all, she has taken on all sorts of identities, and she can't take the money from the small world out of it anyway, and it wouldn't be of any use to her anyway.

But since we're still in the small world, it's understandable that he'd be a bit furious after hearing that: "A project with profits worth billions, and he actually dares to take it! Are you crazy? You're really just going to give it to him like that?"

"Yes, I've already decided to give it to him. Madam's dowry is worth tens of billions. So when does Madam plan to marry me?" Ahan's eyes were filled with laughter, seemingly without any seriousness.

Wan Ge glared at him, seemingly not wanting to talk to him for the time being.

Ahan patted her head again, then took out a black card: "This is my betrothal gift to Madam. As for that project, I will give it to him, but whether he can handle it or not depends on his abilities."

Wan Ge seemed to realize something as well, and took a deep breath: "You really are crazy to gamble with a project like this."

“Why would he let you go if you weren’t worth that price? Even if it were just a project, I would give it to him even if he really wanted the Yun family.”

"He hasn't even found out about our relationship yet, so you don't need to worry so much."

"I haven't found out yet, but I can't afford to gamble. As long as it's you, I can't afford to gamble." Ah Han had already witnessed how perceptive the other person was, so how could he dare to gamble? How could he dare to use the person he loved most as a stake?

Now that Wan Ge is in his hands, he can finally do what he wants with peace of mind.

"Where are we going now?" Wan Ge realized that the car had already left the wealthy area, and this was not the way back to the Yun family.

"Go to my place, we're not going back to the Yun family." How could Ahan possibly take him back to that man-eating place, that den of wolves?
