The Villain is Not a High-Class Beauty 3

"Wait a minute, I'll be done soon." Qian Zhi usually gets home from get off work around this time every day, so Wan Ge has gradually developed a biological clock and subconsciously knows he will be back around the same time.

So I often put aside what I'm doing before he comes back.

Qian Zhi did not let go of her hand, but instead held her and made her turn her head, then his soft lips landed on her warm lips.

Wan Ge responded obediently, and Qian Zhi seemed to enjoy it immensely. After a while, Qian Zhi finally released the person in front of him.

"Did you miss me, my wife?" Qian Zhi pressed his forehead against hers, his deep eyes meeting hers.

Wan Ge gave a soft "hmm".

Honestly, she didn't want to fall in love, even though she knew it would all end the same way. But every time she faced Qian Zhi, her heart would still race.

Every day she tried to convince herself not to fall in love easily, but the heart makes decisions beyond one's control. He could only try to appear calm, so that if something like that really happened in the future, he wouldn't lose too badly.

Qianzhi looked at her cold response and felt a pang of disappointment in his eyes.

He was well aware that the only reason Wan Ge was willing to choose him as her marriage partner was because of his good looks. But he didn't mind; he always felt that Wan Ge would fall in love with him.

But every time I receive such a cold response, I can't help but feel disappointed.

Wan Ge sensed it, remained silent for a moment, and then kissed him on the cheek.

But in an instant, Qian Zhi's disappointment vanished. She gently released him, saying, "I'll help you pack."

After saying that, Qianzhi helped people put away all the art supplies. Perhaps because he did this kind of thing so often, Qianzhi was also very quick to tidy up.

However, when she turned around, Wange saw that his white shirt was stained with paint. She wondered if the tool rack had accidentally gotten paint on it, causing it to stick when he put the tools down.

"Your clothes are dirty," Wange said softly.

Qianzhi looked down and saw that there was indeed paint on his face: "It's okay."

Wan Ge didn't say anything more. Qian Zhi never lacked clothes; he would just throw them away when they got dirty or wrinkled.

The next evening, I saw the maid hanging up that piece of clothing.

"This garment wasn't lost?" Wan Ge asked, somewhat puzzled.

The maid nodded obediently: "The master said we can't throw it away, and told us to wash it clean."

However, once that dye gets on clothes, it won't fade or wash off. So the dye stains are still very noticeable.

"Okay, give it to me after it dries."

"Yes, madam," the maid replied obediently.

The clothes were already in a quick-drying state, and the weather was quite nice, so they were dry before noon. The maid handed the ironed clothes to Wan Ge.

Wan Ge took the clothes back to her studio. Remembering the floral and bird pattern she had seen before, she looked for it again and used it as a reference.

One of the paintings depicts a bird carrying intertwined branches in its beak. The painting itself is small, consisting of the area that has been soiled.

After her alteration, the plain white shirt became a traditional Chinese style shirt. Although it was a painting, Wan Ge's painting was very good. While not as perfectly integrated as embroidery, it was still stunning.

After the paint dried, Wan Ge washed the clothes again and ironed them herself.
