Does the school heartthrob villain need help? (33, 34, 35, 36)

While Jiang Yi was recovering in the hospital, Wan Ge and Si Yu also resumed attending school as usual.

Feng Suinian took a six-month leave of absence from school to stay by Jiang Yi's side.

When Wan Ge and Si Yu confirmed their relationship, they held an engagement banquet when their families renew their marriage agreement.

At the engagement banquet, Wan Ge pushed Si Yu into everyone's sight.

Si Yu was wearing a haute couture suit, while Wan Ge wore a gown of the same style as his suit.

When they exchanged engagement rings, Si Yu looked at the woman in front of him, feeling genuinely nervous. His palms were sweating, and the words he uttered weren't sweet nothings, but rather a very serious question: "Are you really going to marry me?"

Wan Ge chuckled: "Asking such a question at a time like this, don't you think it's a bit late, Young Master Si?"

“It’s not too late now. I’m just worried that you’ll regret it someday.”

"What if I really regret it?" The person in the wheelchair tensed up instantly when Wan Ge translated this sentence.

Wan Ge chuckled and slipped the ring he was holding onto her finger: "I will never regret it."

Si Yu breathed a sigh of relief. He was really worried that he would regret it one day, but when Wan Ge actually asked what would happen if he regretted it, he became even more afraid.

He didn't care; even if she regretted it later, he wouldn't allow it. He absolutely wouldn't allow her to regret it. Even if she did, it would be too late!

Jiang Yi stood with Feng Suinian, watching the two exchange rings and seeing the happiness on Si Yu's face. Jiang Yi was filled with emotion.

Feng Suinian gripped the hand of the person beside her tightly and said with a wronged expression, "Si Yu is already engaged, when will it be our turn?"

"Can we wait a little longer?"

“Okay.” Feng Suinian nodded obediently.

He knew what Jiang Yi was worried about: her health, her heart's rejection reaction, and that she wouldn't be able to stay with him for long.

However, after the doctor's examination, a problem was also discovered: Jiang Yi's heart surgery recovery was really too good, it was almost the same as her own.

If it weren't for concerns, the doctor felt he could say that she could exercise.

However, for safety reasons, strenuous exercise is generally not recommended after heart surgery.

Jiang Yi had heard what the doctor said, that she was recovering very well, but she was still afraid, so she decided to wait a little longer. She would wait two years, and if there were no problems after two years, they would get married.

Ruan Ruan silently thought to herself: [Anything produced by the system is bound to be top-notch! This heart of hers might even be better than the male lead's in the future.]

Transplanted hearts have a high probability of failing relatively early, but those produced by the system will never fail. However, they will still change to varying degrees with age, which is normal because ordinary hearts also undergo this process.

However, the new female lead needs to be happier; being depressed and worried all the time is bad for her heart.

When Si Yu went to the restroom, Wan Ge ran into Jiang Yi in the hallway.

Jiang Yi had a strong liking for this girl, even though he hadn't seen her many times.

"It seems you're recovering quite well," Wan Ge said with a faint smile.

Jiang Yi stepped forward and gave her a light hug: "Thank you so much. I don't know what I would be like now if it weren't for you."

"You're welcome. You're practically Si Yu's older sister, and also my sister-in-law. It's only right that I do these things. You don't need to be so polite."

Jiang Yi felt ashamed when she heard her say that. If it weren't for the twists of fate, she would never have become his sister.

Presumably, becoming Si Yu's sister is a dream come true for forty million people. But if she could, Jiang Yi would rather not have this opportunity, and would rather her father were still alive and well.

Moreover, although she claims to be Si Yu's older sister, they are really just childhood friends.

Oh wait... they didn't even grow up together. After that incident, they each went their separate ways.

"What are you doing here?" A deep, cold voice rang out. Jiang Yi was startled by the voice behind her and turned around to see Si Yu sitting in a wheelchair.

She didn't think there was anything wrong at first, but when she noticed that Si Yu's eyes were not friendly, she followed his gaze to look in front of her and then at her hand, which was on the waist of his fiancée.

She had just touched Wange when she was hugging her, and before she could retract her hand, Si Yu appeared.

It wasn't a big deal, what could possibly happen between two girls? But under Si Yu's gaze, Jiang Yi actually felt a little guilty, as if she had done something she shouldn't have.

"No... this... I can explain." Jiang Yi touched her nose, saying somewhat awkwardly, but it seemed even more wrong after she finished speaking.

Wan Ge patted her shoulder: "It's okay, you go ahead, I'll take care of it."

Jiang Yi gave her a grateful look: "Okay, you guys chat, I'll be going now."

The atmosphere is a bit scary, so he'd better slip away; he needs to find Feng Suinian.

Wan Ge walked up to Si Yu and pinched his cheek: "What's wrong? Are you angry?"

Si Yu lowered his head. He didn't know why, but he just felt very uncomfortable, so he got angry. Maybe he didn't like Wan Ge getting so close to others, or maybe he couldn't stand Wan Ge speaking to others so kindly.

Besides, what's with them hugging instead of talking? Wan Ge kissed his forehead and then pinched his cheek: "Okay, don't be angry, we should go out and continue."

Today is their engagement party; the main couple shouldn't be here.
