How could the villain be number three? (8, 9, 10)

This time, however, the other party shook his head helplessly: "His identity and background seem to be hidden very well. Apart from knowing that he is the heir of the Luo family and his name is Luo Jiu, nothing else can be found out."

This includes the other party's past experience and family background.

Aside from knowing that he was the heir and should be the son of the previous CEO, they really couldn't find anything else. They couldn't even find out who his mother was.

The Luo family is a mysterious family that has existed for two hundred years. Their influence is extremely widespread, which is why they were able to cause such great damage to the Gu family, which was once a leading enterprise.

Even Gu Wanshen wasn't sure who would win between the two of them.

"Can you get in touch with him? I'd like to meet him." Gu Wanshen felt she really should open up about why they had become enemies.

"I'll give it a try," the assistant replied helplessly.

The distance was a bit far, and Wan Ge didn't hear what the vice president was saying. He walked over to them and noticed that the vice president of Luojiu was looking at him as if he knew him.

"Have we met before?" Why does the other person act like they've seen me before?

The vice president extended his hand: "Hello, Ms. Chi. You don't know me, but I've seen you before."

They had seen each other in the news, especially since her recent return to China and the news about her and Gu Wanshen were trending again.

But at this moment, the other person is not by Gu Wanshen's side, but has come to her boss's side instead. What exactly does she want to do?

"Hello." Wan Ge thought of the numerous rumors about her and her brother, so it was normal for the other person to know her. However, she still didn't want the other person to know her this way. She hoped that the other person would know that she was their boss's wife, not someone else's rumored lover.

Of course, thinking back to how she used to either not be able to speak or no one believed her, Wan Ge became too lazy to ask any more questions.

"Then I'll head out first." After answering, the vice president glanced at Luo Jiu again and reminded her, "I'll be waiting for you in the conference room in ten minutes."

Luo Jiu nodded, and the other person immediately left.

Wan Ge walked over to Luo Jiu and looked at the numerous documents on his desk. He knew that the other party would be very busy inheriting the company, but he didn't expect there to be so many things to deal with.

When Wan Ge met him, she already knew about him through the system. She knew that he was the heir to the group and would probably be very busy in the future, but she did not expect him to be this busy.

Looking at his less-than-ideal state, Wan Ge asked with some concern, "Are you not sleeping well because you're too busy with work?"

Although the other person slept soundly after being with me, aside from that matter, the dark circles under their eyes caused by years of neglect couldn't be completely eliminated with just one or two naps.

Luo Jiu didn't answer the question, but instead pulled the other person into her arms and hugged her tightly.

He couldn't sleep because he missed her so much. The more he missed her, the less he could sleep. He tried all sorts of strong sleeping pills, needing double the dose to fall asleep, but he still woke up very easily.

Just when he was about to develop resistance to the drugs, the other party returned.

Luo Jiu realized that as long as the other person was by his side, he could sleep very well, sleeping for more than eight hours without any dreams, and sleeping very soundly.

This feeling was something Luo Jiu had only experienced before she left.

Looking at his reaction, Wan Ge seemed to realize something: "You're not sleeping well because of me, right?"

She had guessed before that he would be in a bad situation after she left, but when she saw him, she felt that it wasn't so bad. But now... Wan Ge really didn't dare to think about it.

Luo Jiu cupped the back of her head and kissed her directly: "As long as you're by my side, I'll never have trouble sleeping again."

Wan Ge kissed him on the forehead again: "Jiu Jiu, I will never leave you again, never."

"Then you promised, you can't lie to me." Luo Jiu instinctively hugged him tighter again.

Just as Wan Ge caught her breath, she was hugged tightly again.

I could only sense the unease emanating from the other person, so even though it hurt when they were being strangled, I didn't say anything.

Luo Jiu only let go of her lover when her assistant called her to a meeting.

Luo Jiu still asked somewhat uneasily, "You won't leave, right?"

Wan Ge nodded: "Of course, don't worry, I'm not going anywhere."

Only after the other party repeatedly assured her did Luo Jiu obediently go to the meeting.

After the meeting ended, Luo Jiu had just stepped out of the conference room when his assistant told him that Gu Wanshen wanted to meet with him.

When Luo Jiu heard what her assistant said, she paused for a moment, wondering if the other party had already discovered what she had done.

So what if he does? Shouldn't he know that?

So in the end, Luo Jiu nodded in agreement: "Okay, you can arrange the time."

The assistant then spoke up, "He's only available tomorrow afternoon for the next week. Shall we arrange to meet him tomorrow afternoon?"

“Okay, have him find a place nearby.”

The assistant obediently replied, "Okay, I'll go and inform them right now."

When Luo Jiu led Wan Ge home, she still felt it was all too real and asked nervously, "Are you coming home with me today too?"

Wan Ge didn't understand why the other person would have such a question, so she asked him in return, "What's wrong? Is it inconvenient for you today?"

Luo Jiu shook her head: "No, I was just wondering if you might need to go home."

"No need, I just want to be by your side right now." Although she had just returned home, her brother and sister-in-law were there with her, so she should try to comfort her boyfriend first. After all, she had abandoned him for three years, and although he didn't seem to hold a grudge... she had still done something wrong.
