I am willing to give everything. (9, 10, 11, 12)

The butler nodded in understanding. Although there was plenty of food at those grand banquets, for many people it was more about appearances than actual eating. So it was normal for Wan Ge to need to eat after returning home.

The late-night snack was quickly prepared, and Wan Ge and Koss sat at the dining table. Although Koss had been arranged to live in that small courtyard, he had received a period of aristocratic etiquette education before that incident.

Although a long time has passed, Koss still remembers some of the table manners.

However, Wan Ge didn't seem to care much about this matter, nor did she fully abide by the etiquette of not talking at the dinner table.

Instead, she placed a very delicate pastry in front of him: "This is delicious, you can try it."

When Kos looked at Wange, she was smiling, her face was very kind, and her eyes were sparkling, as if she was happy to see him.

Kos nodded obediently. Wange thought of how he had been a little awkward earlier and what he had gone through, so she continued to say to him, "We can eat whatever we want, without any pressure."

Moreover, he has always been an elegant eater, in every world, and has never wolfed down his food or behaved rudely.

Upon hearing her words, Koss instantly relaxed and softly replied, "Okay."

After they finished dinner, the butler reappeared before them and told Koss that his room was ready and that the box he had brought had been put inside by the servants.

Since it belonged to Kos, the servants didn't touch it; they simply placed it in the room.

When the butler said he would take him to his room, Kos subconsciously glanced at Wan Ge. Only after Wan Ge nodded did he follow the butler upstairs into his room.

Wan Ge also went upstairs, but instead of returning to her room immediately, she went to the study next door.

Upon entering the study, a talking parrot landed beside him. At the same time, Wan Ge began to use magic and looked at the round mirror placed in front of her.

The mirror wasn't very large, but it wasn't particularly big either, about the size of a flat surface like a round chair.

Soon, a person appeared on the other side of the mirror. It was an old man with a white beard. After seeing her, the old man obediently reported the matter and asked with some concern when she would officially take over.

Wan Ge simply replied that there was no rush, and then continued chatting with him about work. Only after everything was finished did she go back to her room to wash up and go to sleep.

It's still summer vacation, so Wan Ge has relatively more time and isn't in a hurry to go back to school, which means she'll have more time to spend with Ke Si.

Kos doesn't seem to have any hobbies except carving puppets, and each puppet is so lifelike that it looks just like a real person.

Koss was carving puppets in the garden, while Wan Ge sat beside him reading a book. However, when she was halfway through reading, her calf seemed to be touched by something.

So Wan Ge lowered her head, and then she saw a puppet walk up to her, holding a very beautiful flower in its hand.

Wan Ge paused for a moment, glancing at Kos who was not far from her.

Koss had just been looking at her, but when she looked in his direction, he went back to carving the puppet with his head down.

Wan Ge took the flowers from the puppet's hand, then picked up the puppet herself. She found no mechanisms or wind-ups on the puppet, which was rather strange.

Wan Ge sat down next to Kos and asked softly, "How did you get him to move?"

Koss looked up at Wan Ge with some confusion, but quickly realized she had just asked him a question, so he obediently replied, "It can move if I want it to."

"What?" Wan Ge asked, puzzled.

Koss didn't speak, but focused his memory on manipulating the puppets. Apart from the little puppet that had been beside them, the puppets that were originally on the second floor slowly climbed down the stairs and all went into the garden. They all seemed to have come to life, looking particularly lively.

Wan Ge suddenly realized that the person in front of her also possessed magic.

"You can use magic too?"

Koss looked at Wan Ge with a puzzled expression and asked softly, "Do I know how?"

Wan Ge did not sense any magical energy, but the fact that the other party could control the puppets meant that the other party was indeed using magic to control them, but for some reason, she did not sense it.

"Aren't you using magic right now?" Wange looked at him and answered softly.

Kos looked at the motionless puppet beside him; once his attention was diverted, the puppet would stop moving.

This was the result of Koss's many experiments; as long as he concentrated, the puppet would move.

Perhaps out of boredom, or perhaps because he longed for someone to keep him company, he created so many puppets to keep him company.

At first, he didn't realize the problem; he just felt too lonely and wished the little wooden puppet could play with him and move around.

Then he thought that perhaps his obsession was too deep, and he actually discovered that the little wooden puppet could move.

However, before this, he had tested himself and found that he did not have any magical talent, so he did not believe it was magic, but he could not explain why.

He didn't dare to act like this in front of others, for fear of scaring them. He even wondered if the fairy felt sorry for him and thus bestowed upon him this ability.
