It's okay, I'll heal you! 35

Qin Nian felt much better after hearing her words, and he immediately put his father's matter out of his mind. He decided not to think about those things too much.

Li Song hadn't expected that even if he didn't think about it, he couldn't prevent the other party from taking the initiative to contact him.

After Qin Nian finished recording a program, someone wanted to meet with him alone. Qin Nian was going to refuse, but he agreed when he saw who it was.

The person who appeared before him was the butler from his old house. The butler must have come specifically to invite him to only one person.

When Qin Nian sat down in front of his father, he was actually a little surprised, not expecting the other man to be there.

Mr. Qin has handsome features and looks quite young, but his appearance makes him seem like he's in his thirties, even though his temples are already gray. His demeanor doesn't seem like that of someone in his thirties.

His demeanor and the hair at his temples made him appear to be the same age he should be.

"Long time no see." Mr. Qin spoke slowly in a deep voice, his emotions quite complex as he looked at the child in front of him.

Qin Nian hummed in agreement and then asked, "Is there something you need?"

Mr. Qin looked at him, seemingly having a lot to say, but in that instant, he didn't know what to say. Finally, he waved his hand, and the butler brought over a household registration book.

"Perhaps you need this." Mr. Qin placed the household registration booklet in front of him.

"Thank you." Qin Nian took the household registration booklet; they did indeed need it to get married.

Mr. Qin hesitated for a moment, then finally got up and left.

The butler did not follow immediately, but only spoke after Mr. Qin had walked away, saying, "Young Master, the Master actually misses you very much. If you have time... please go back and see him."

Qin Nian did not respond to the other party, who seemed to know this and therefore did not insist on waiting for a reply. After waving goodbye, the other party left.

When Qin Nian returned home, Wan Ge saw that he was carrying a red household registration booklet: "Huh? Where did you get this household registration booklet?"

Wan Ge opened the household registration book and found it belonged to him: "You went home? How come I didn't know?"

"I didn't go home, he gave it to me," Qin replied softly.

Wan Ge instantly realized who he was talking about. The person he was referring to must be his father. His father had brought him the household registration book. Huh? Why would he suddenly bring it over?

"Where is he?"

"I don't know." Qin Nian didn't exchange more than a few words with him, nor did she ask this question, but... "Don't worry, he'll arrange it himself."

"Would both sets of parents like to meet?" Wan Ge asked him again.

"Should we meet?" Qin Nian asked in return.

After asking the question, he immediately realized, "I'll ask him about it."

"That's fine, after all, he is still your father."

Qin Nian nodded.

Lying in bed that night, Wan Ge could still sense that the other person was unhappy, so she reached out and hugged him: "Are you still thinking about your father?"

"Hmm." Qin Nian nodded, then said to Wan Ge, "The housekeeper told me today that my dad misses me a lot."

So what do you think?

Qin Nian shook his head: "I don't know, I just feel it's unnecessary, and there's nothing wrong with it being the way it is now."
