Jiang Jin - Modern Era Chapter 8

The first reaction of several people upon hearing this was: "Is the CEO married?!"

They must be the first to know about this shocking news that has resonated for a century.

While nearly a thousand people in the company group were discussing whether President Jiang was misogynistic, it turned out that President Jiang was already married.

However, they still dare not call her "Madam" yet, since the matter has not been finalized, and they must wait for the president's approval.

The secretary checked the time; it was almost time, and President Jiang should be finishing the meeting soon.

Sure enough, the meeting room door opened shortly afterward, and Jiang Jin came out first. When he reached the assistant's office, Jiang Jin paused for a moment.

Then he instructed one of the secretaries what to have for lunch that day.

Jiang Jin used to not care about these things. Normally, he would eat whatever his assistant ordered for him and never wasted time thinking about food.

The assistant thought to herself, "It really makes a difference when you have someone you like."

The assistant nodded obediently, and then, remembering what had just happened with Wan Ge, I spoke up to Jiang Jin: "Miss Chi came out just now, she wanted to see you, I asked her to go back to her office and wait for you."

Jiang Jin paused for a moment and then replied, "I understand."

The assistant then cautiously added, "Ms. Chi said she's your wife? Is that... true?"

“It’s true, so you can call her Madam.” Jiang Jin didn’t ask them to call her that because he felt it should be Wan Ge who told them to call her Miss Chi.

Therefore, as long as Wan Ge is happy, Jiang Jin can accept either Miss Chi or Madam Jiang.

Jiang Jin thought so because he had never told them any information about Wan Ge. The fact that they knew Wan Ge's surname was Chi meant that Wan Ge must have told them during their recent trip.

With the person in question personally confirming it, everyone else felt like they'd just stumbled upon some juicy gossip.

They had been following Jiang Jin for quite some time and knew very well that he was a man of his word. Since he had said it, then it was true.

After answering that question, Jiang Jin turned around and walked back to his office.

Then I saw Wange sitting on the sofa, and then she picked up one of the books and started flipping through it.

After a morning of character recognition, Wan Ge could recall most of the characters she could see, but she still didn't understand much of the content that had been organized. This was due to a gap in their understanding and perception.

Her understanding of the world was even less than that of some illiterate people. Although they couldn't read, they had some knowledge of common things in the world, while Wange knew nothing about them. Although she was very smart and had a calm and composed personality, it was impossible for her to become familiar with a completely unfamiliar world in just one day.

Their ideas differed greatly, after all, she had received nearly a century of relatively traditional ideological education.

When faced with new viewpoints, there will inevitably be parts that we don't understand or don't comprehend.

However, based on her observations over the day, Wan Ge also discovered that the world seems to be more tolerant of women. Most women can dress freely and walk on the street without caring about other people's opinions.

Moreover, they seem to be able to work the same way, since there are women working in this place called a company.
