The Bodyguard Villain's Heiress 9

When Wan Ge opened the door in the morning, she saw A Han standing at the door.

His already unpleasant expression instantly darkened: "Why are you here?"

"The master has transferred me back." Ahan's answer was still neither too serious nor too casual, her tone indifferent but still answering whatever question she was asked.

Wan Ge's eyes were full of mockery: "Heh, you should cherish the opportunity you got back by reporting me."

Wan Ge patted him on the shoulder, then turned and walked straight downstairs without giving him another glance.

Mr. Shu, who was standing at the door, witnessed the entire scene.

Ahan watched Wan Ge's departing figure and followed her without saying a word.

All day long, Ahan stayed silently by Wan Ge's side. Wan Ge treated him very badly, and almost smashed a teacup on him in front of all the servants.

"Father, I want to change my bodyguard. I don't want to see him." At the dinner table, just before eating, Wan Ge made this request directly to Mr. Shu.

Although Mr. Shu's face was very serious, he could hardly hide the smile in his eyes: "Wange, stop fooling around. You'll be marrying Mr. An soon, and then you won't need Ahan anymore."

“Father! I don’t like him, I hate him.” Wan Ge emphasized, speaking very seriously.

Mr. Shu simply smiled, clearly stopping his request.

Ahan always stood to the side without changing his expression, but if you looked closely, you could see that his hands, hanging at his sides, were already clenched into fists.

In the middle of the night, Ahan was resting when she suddenly sensed something was wrong and immediately hid behind the door.

Wan Ge cautiously walked in, and the next second a knife was pressed against her neck.

Ahan quickly realized who it was, and she put away her knife: "What can I do for you, Miss?"

Wan Ge hugged him tightly and whispered, "Did I hit you today? Are you hurt?"

Ahan couldn't believe it. She couldn't believe that Wan Ge was still asking such a question at this point: "Don't you dislike me, Miss?"

Wan Ge said with a wronged tone, "No, I don't know why. But I believe you didn't want to either, right? You didn't want to tell my father either, but you had no choice."

Ahan raised her hand, wanting to touch her hair, but ultimately silently lowered it: "No, Miss is overthinking it."

Ahan's expression was serious and his tone was particularly firm, as if what he said was the truth.

Wan Ge slowly released his arms, her eyes glistening with tears as she looked up at him: "Is this really what you truly feel? You have no ulterior motives, you just don't like me, which is why you told my father."

“I…” Ahan couldn’t bring herself to say that this was what she thought. So she ultimately chose to remain silent, a silence that seemed to be an admission of guilt.

"Okay, I understand," Wan Ge replied, and then let go of the person.

He walked away without looking back once again.

But this time when she left, Ahan felt as if she had lost something.

As Anqi and Wange's engagement party drew closer, Wange wore a white evening gown in a glamorous yet understated shop, which was what she would wear to the engagement party.

Wan Ge merely glanced at it indifferently, while the employee who had been praising her didn't even look at herself in the mirror.
