The extremely clingy "Empress" villain 7

But looking at his slightly disheveled hair, it's very possible he ran all the way here before coming into view, eager to see me? Have I kept him waiting?

Wan Ge wanted to offer him the best betrothal gifts, so she put a lot of thought into preparing them, but forgot to consider whether the young man was anxiously waiting for her.

Chu Sangyue's beautiful eyes were fixed on Wan Ge, her cheeks slightly flushed, and her fingertips tightened, revealing her nervousness. Her handsome face, however, was also filled with joy. "Wan Ge...you've come..."

"Yes, I'm here. You must have been waiting a long time. I should have told you in advance." Wan Ge reached out and gently tidied his hair.

Upon hearing this, Chu Sangyue immediately replied, "It's alright."

As long as she comes, as long as he comes to propose to her, it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter how long it takes.

"Ah Yue, do you live alone?" Does her young man no longer have any family?

Chu Sangyue nodded gently: "My parents have passed away, and my grandfather is not here now either."

After saying that, Chu Sangyue seemed to remember something, and shyly lowered her head, saying softly, "I can make my own decision about the engagement."

His parents were gone, and his grandfather was someone who didn't interfere in his affairs, so he could make his own decisions. Wan Ge realized this.

Wan Ge turned around and extended her hand to a maid, who quickly presented what she was carrying.

Wan Ge placed the box she was carrying on the table, and finally took out the pastries: "I specially made some peach blossom pastries, they're quite delicious, you should try them."

Chu Sangyue paused for a moment, then obediently sat down in the chair and said, "How can the mistress go into the kitchen by herself? These things can be done by the servants."

As a woman, Wan Ge shouldn't have gone into the kitchen, but she still went and made peach blossom pastries for him.

"What did you just call me?" Wan Ge grasped the key point, and the smile in her eyes deepened.

Chu Sangyue suddenly realized that she had just called her "wife". Although she had called her that in her heart countless times, how could she have blurted it out before they were even married?

Chu Sangyue blushed and turned her head away, not daring to look at Wan Ge. She wondered if Wan Ge would think that she was too eager to marry her, or that she was too casual and an immoral man, since she had called her "wife" so hastily.

"I..." Chu Sangyue wanted to explain but didn't know how.

"Don't be nervous, I like it when you call me that." Wan Ge suddenly moved closer to him, her warm breath brushing against his neck.

Wan Ge picked up a peach blossom pastry and held it to his lips: "Would you like to try some first?"

Chu Sangyue had long forgotten to think; all she could hear was her heart pounding. She did whatever Wan Ge told her to do.

The moment the food entered her mouth, Chu Sangyue realized what was happening, so she obediently sat up and raised her hand to cover her mouth.

After finishing all the food, she put her hands down and earnestly praised, "It's really delicious, better than any peach blossom pastry I've ever had. Wan Ge is amazing."

Wan Ge thought to herself that there were even more powerful ones. When she saw Chu Sangyue in front of her, she couldn't help but think of the man she had met in the matriarchal world before. He was always gentle, weak and easy to push over.
