When Wan Ge heard the name Qi Luo, she still had mixed feelings: "It's nothing."
How am I supposed to tell her that Qi Luo is actually a man, and that they even slept together?
Seeing that she was unwilling to talk, Ku Wu didn't ask any more questions. He just reached out and patted her head, then gently said, "Don't think too much."
Wan Ge hummed in agreement. She didn't want to think too much about it. She just didn't know what to do, how to face Qi Luo, or how to accept that her beloved senior sister was a man.
She once thought that all her affection for him stemmed from his gentleness, his good looks, and the fact that he could be her friend or sister.
But now they suddenly realize that he is a man, and they can no longer be sisters.
…
Wan Ge hid from Qi Luo for several days, but was eventually caught sneaking off guard on her way to the kitchen.
Looking at Qi Luo, who was a stunning beauty in front of her, Wan Ge felt a mix of emotions. The other woman was drugged and confused, while she herself was perfectly sober. The other woman was a genuine man; no wonder she had blushed so much when she saw her earlier.
"Junior Sister." Qi Luo went straight to her and, seeing that she was about to run away again, reached out and grabbed her hand.
She only let go of her hand when she turned around: "I just wanted to have a proper talk with you."
Wan Ge immediately replied, "There's nothing to talk about. I'm sorry, senior sister, I'm not feeling well, I'll be going now."
Qi Luo blocked her path again, her eyes filled with concern: "Are you feeling unwell?"
After a pause, Qi Luo asked again, "What does this have to do with me?"
Did I hurt her?
Seeing how serious the other person was, Wan Ge felt bad. "It has nothing to do with you, Senior Sister. What happened was an accident. You don't need to hold a grudge."
Qi Luo's face paled instantly upon hearing her words. Did she mean for her to ignore it? To pretend nothing had happened?
Wan Ge looked at the other person's incredulous and particularly aggrieved expression.
Shouldn't she be the one who feels wronged? Shouldn't she be the one who suffers the loss?
She's already handed over her innocence to him, and he doesn't even have to take responsibility, yet he's still unhappy?
"Does Wan Ge hate me that much?" Qi Luo took a step back in disappointment, lowered her head, and finally said softly, "I understand. I won't bother my junior sister anymore."
After Qi Luo finished speaking, she turned and left.
Wan Ge sighed. She didn't know why, but seeing Qi Luo like this made her feel even more uncomfortable. Actually, she didn't dislike Qi Luo at all. Even after what had happened, she still didn't know how to face it.
It wasn't just because his senior sister suddenly turned into a man, but also because of his own identity and his own purpose.
If any one of these clues were to become known, they could very well end up fighting each other.
When she turned around, Wan Ge suddenly saw Ku Wu standing there dumbfounded.
Judging from the other person's reaction, she must have heard their conversation.
Ku Wu was filled with surprise and confusion. She hadn't actually heard much; she only heard Qi Luo say, "I understand. I won't bother my junior sister anymore."
But this one sentence already carries a lot of information; it seems her previous guess was indeed true. Qi Luo really is coveting their junior sister… This…
"Senior sister." Wan Ge slowly walked towards her.
