The villainous god who loves to steal things, part 13

"I'll take you somewhere." Wange took his hand again, and they went out and followed the stream upstream until they arrived at a waterfall.

The waterfall was surrounded by wildflowers, and a large bouquet of flowers bloomed above it. The pure white blossoms shone with a soft glow.

This is the sacred tree of the elves. This tree maintains the barrier of the entire elven forest and has always protected them.

Elf couples who have formed a bond will come to the sacred tree to pray for blessings.

If the sacred tree is willing to bless, it will drop petals of blessing upon the two people.

Wan Ge led the people around her to the sacred tree, put her hands together, and told the sacred tree that they were about to become husband and wife.

Just then, a gentle breeze blew by, and the sacred tree began to shed its petals. Each petal landed around them, and light fell upon Evening Song's wings.

"Your Highness." An aged voice came from behind them.

When Wan Ge and Kanacize turned around, they saw an elf leaning on a cane. The elf had white hair, indicating that she was very old.

"This is the elder who guards the sacred tree." Her purpose is to protect the sacred tree. She doesn't usually participate in any disputes among the elves, and she lives nearby. She appears whenever she senses anything unusual about the sacred tree.

This was the only elf who was friendly to the original owner of the body, even though she had no relation to the Elf Queen anymore. Yet, every time this elder saw her, he would still call her "Your Highness."

Perhaps in her heart, her mother will always be the Elf Queen, and she will always be the Elf Queen's little princess.

Wan Ge also introduced the people around her to the elder: "This is Kanacize, my husband."

The elder placed a hand on his shoulder and bowed: "Greetings, Your Excellency the Heavenly God."

She sensed from the beginning that the other party was a god, and she said that the reason why the sacred tree reacted so strongly was because a god had appeared.

However, she was actually very curious as to why the gods would like elves and why they would want to marry their little prince.

It's somewhat unbelievable that a being as high and mighty as a god would be fond of a little elf.

Not everyone is Morsis; in this world, the gods are the strongest beings of their race. Each god possesses immense power.

So it's quite surprising that some gods are fond of elves.

However, they were unaware of Canacizer's identity; otherwise, they would have been even more surprised.

Carnacizer simply nodded and said hello, his gaze fixed on the woman beside him, reaching out to remove the flower petals from her hair. His beautiful eyes were filled with tenderness.

Just by standing there, the elder could feel the deep love that Kanasize had for Wan Ge.

They didn't linger there; Wan Ge simply wanted to take him to pray under the sacred tree. After that, she took him to the place where she usually collected morning dew.

It's a beautiful place, with crystal-clear flowers that shimmer in the sunlight. It would be even more beautiful in the morning when they're covered in dew.

There was a swing nearby, and the original owner would usually sit on the swing and daydream after finishing collecting things.

Carnacizer had someone sit on the swing, and then he gently pushed her. It seemed she quite liked the little swing. He would make her one when they got back, one that was prettier and more comfortable than this one.
