We meet again, my dear master 19

All the information she could find described the generals as brave and fearless, defending their homeland, and not only powerful but also very good-looking.

Just as Wan Ge and his group arrived in that area, before they even reached the general's residence, they encountered someone attempting to assassinate him.

Wan Ge glanced at Ling Lan beside her. She was not only a companion robot, but also an exceptionally skilled bodyguard. Wan Ge immediately ordered someone to protect her.

Without the slightest hesitation, Ling Lan rushed forward. With her strength, dealing with these few assassins was effortless for her.

Although they possess supernatural abilities and are highly skilled in martial arts, they are nothing more than ants in the face of absolute power.

Ling Lan caught General Frost as he fell steadily.

This was the first time Fros had ever been rescued by a hero—or rather, a damsel in distress. Looking at the exquisitely beautiful face before him, he felt his heart race. How could someone so handsome not seem like an ordinary person?

Is it possible for an ordinary person to possess such strength? But where did her weapon come from, and how did she put it away?

At that moment, another voice came from behind: "General Frost, are you alright?"

After regaining his footing, Frost immediately released Ling Lan and turned around to see Wan Ge standing behind him. He was somewhat surprised to see her, as he recognized her even though they hadn't seen each other for a long time.

Fros bowed to her and said, "Your Highness, it's been a long time."

They used to be classmates and took mecha classes together, but the other person's ability to control a mecha was much better than his.

However, after the Queen ascended the throne, he had not seen the princess for a long time.

Ling Lan happily returned to Wan Ge's side, and her eyes lit up again after hearing that she was a princess: "Master, so you are a princess after all. You are so amazing!"

Wan Ge reached out and touched her hair. Frost seemed to only then realize that Ling Lan had just called Wan Ge "Master": "Who is she?"

"She's a robot I just developed, isn't she amazing? Her name is Ling Lan."

Frost softly called out the name Ling Lan, feeling a strange sense of familiarity, yet he seemed to have no recollection of it.

"I wonder if Your Highness has come here for some business?" When Fros heard that Ling Lan was Wan Ge's robot, he inexplicably felt a pang of sadness in his heart.

Looking at the person in front of her, Wan Ge didn't beat around the bush and answered directly, "I've come to see you this time."

"What do you want with me?"

Wan Ge glanced at the corpse lying on the ground, then answered, "The interstellar space is becoming more and more peaceful. Some people want to sit in that position more securely, so they want to eliminate anyone who can threaten them. You and I are threats in their eyes."

Frost lowered his head, looking at the corpse lying beside him: "You mean..."

"I originally just wanted to discuss this with you. It was just a guess at first, but now it has been proven that my guess has come true."

"I heard before that your powers were damaged, and the lab exploded recently. Is that related?"

"What do you think?" Wange didn't answer immediately but looked up at him instead.

Frost nodded. If Wan Ge were just an ordinary scientist, then even if she sensed danger, she probably wouldn't be in such a hurry to get rid of her.
