Dou Shiliu expressionlessly pulled out a treasure from his spatial storage and said, "How about this, as long as what I have hits you, this thing is yours. However, you can't dodge or cast spells, otherwise even if you lose, these things won't be yours."
Upon hearing this, the carefree old Taoist chuckled, and was about to refuse with disdain when he suddenly noticed the shining pearl in Dou Shiliu's hand. His eyes widened; wasn't this the jade pearl that the old man from the East Sea had boasted about to him years ago, bestowed upon him by the Queen Mother of the West?
The words of refusal that were on the tip of his tongue turned into "Okay."
Then the carefree old Taoist priest was hit all over his body by various huge treasures and was covered in injuries.
"hiss--"
A dragon ball struck the carefree old Taoist on the forehead. Dou Shiliu used tremendous force, leaving a mark on his forehead.
Another heavy blow landed. Dou Shiliu watched as the carefree old Taoist priest howled in pain, smirked, pulled out a ball, glanced down, and swung it around in the air a few times.
"Senior Immortal, you'd better take this throw!" Dou Shiliu threw him directly at the crotch of the carefree old Taoist.
"Ah—you're using dirty tricks!"
The carefree old Taoist shouted, his drunken head snapping back to reality. He cast a spell to block the ball.
“Senior Immortal, you’ve lost,” Dou Shiliu said with a smile as he walked toward the carefree old Taoist, taking back the treasures he had acquired earlier as he went.
Seeing the carefree old Taoist standing to the side, I felt a pang of heartache. He was now covered in bruises and wounds, but he hadn't even gotten a fart.
"Young man, look how many times I've been hit—" The carefree old Taoist pointed to the injuries on his face and said pitifully, "Just give me a few, okay?"
Dou Shiliu glanced at him sideways and thought, "Oh, the carefree old Taoist's face and eyes are covered in bruises, he looks like a panda from China."
Dou Shiliu wasn't an unreasonable person. He grinned and said to the carefree old Taoist, "I'll smash your other eye too, so that good things come in pairs, and then I'll give you one. How about that?"
Upon hearing this, the carefree old Taoist almost rolled his eyes to the heavens. If he still couldn't see that this little fairy was playing a trick on him, he would probably have lived in vain.
I don't know when he offended someone again, and now they're playing tricks on him.
The carefree old Taoist priest, feeling unlucky, said sheepishly, "I don't want it anymore."
Dou Shiliu was quite disappointed, as she really wanted to smash it a few more times, and she also planned to give the old Taoist priest some treasures, but he didn't want them.
Why--
After packing his things, Dou Shiliu asked the old Taoist priest, "Where are you going, Senior Immortal?"
"Go to Linwu," the carefree old Taoist noticed that his injury was healing exceptionally slowly. Hmm—
Upon hearing the words of the carefree old Taoist, Dou Shiliu's eyes flickered, and he casually asked, "What are we going there for?"
The carefree old Taoist noticed that the young immortal had used something that was making his injuries heal extremely slowly, and immediately said with displeasure, "What's it to you?"
"Because I am the owner of the Lin family mansion."
The carefree old Taoist priest, enraged, retorted, "What's it to you—" Mind your own business!
Dou Shiliu stopped abruptly upon hearing what the carefree old Taoist was saying, and looked at him with a hint of interest.
Go on, keep going...
So this is the magical herb. No wonder she played a trick on him. The carefree old Taoist priest's face fell. He took someone's husband to a life of debauchery. Do you think she won't come after him?
The carefree old Taoist priest looked apologetic: "Young man, I really didn't mean to take your Peach to a place of debauchery..."
Dou Shiliu asked expressionlessly, "So you did it on purpose?"
The carefree old Taoist looked embarrassed. "No, I didn't."
Dou Shiliu, expressionless, chuckled.
Seeing Dou Shiliu's determined look, the carefree old Taoist panicked, "Peach wife, what are you trying to do?"
Just as Dou Shiliu was about to speak, the carefree old Taoist priest in front of her called out to her from behind, "Little Peach, look at your wife!"
Cannon Fodder? Dou Shiliu subconsciously turned his head to look, but wait a minute, Cannon Fodder went out to run errands.
When he turned around again, the carefree old Taoist had already turned into a wisp of smoke and run away at lightning speed.
It's pointless. She hasn't even really taught him a lesson yet, and the old man has already run away.
Dou Shiliu clapped his hands, turned around and went back to the forest house.
...
On the Tianshan Mountains, Tao Yaoyan stepped into the Silkworm Maiden's Realm, where birds sang and flowers bloomed, and various small animals darted through the forest.
"What a handsome young immortal! What brings you to my Tianshan Mountain?"
A butterfly spirit fluttered its large wings and flew towards Tao Yaoyan.
"I wish to ask the Silkworm Maiden for a favor," Tao Yaoyan whispered to the Butterfly Spirit.
"Are you looking for your master? What do you want with her?" Butterfly asked knowingly. Everyone knows that the Silkworm Girl is a master embroiderer, so he must be here to ask her for fabric.
"I want her to embroider a wedding dress for my wife." When Tao Yaoyan mentioned Dou Shiliu, her eyes were filled with endless tenderness and love.
The butterfly's large wings flickered a few times; it clearly sensed Tao Yaoyan's love for his wife—a truly sweet feeling.
The butterfly spirit sniffed the air with its tiny nose, circled Tao Yaoyan a few times, and said, "Come with me." With that, it fluttered its wings and flew into the forest.
Tao Yaoyan followed, and saw that an entrance had appeared in the middle of the forest. The butterfly spirit slowly flew in.
He quickened his pace and rushed over, disappearing into the entrance just as it was about to vanish.
“My master is inside, you can go by yourself.” The butterfly spirit fluttered its large wings and led Tao Yaoyan to a place full of mulberry trees.
Following the direction of the butterfly spirit, Tao Yaoyan saw a cave formed by the twisted growth of an ancient tree, with the three large characters "Silkworm Girl's Mansion" faintly visible in the distance.
Seeing the butterfly spirit about to fly away, Tao Yaoyan called out to it, "Wait a moment," and casually took out a peach and handed it to the butterfly spirit, "Eating this will increase your spiritual power."
